Edit John got in contact about the delays and we resolved the issue and I even got a gift The laptop came and I m in love with it even bought an Apple Watch 7 from them and got it in 2 days Original My laptop died and I needed a new one urgently for work so I ordered one last week and chose the 1-2 working days delivery option When it did not arrive in the promised time I contacted them and was told it will arrive by today Just contacted them and was told it will be dispatched by next week and should arrive 10 days later than expected I live in London not some far-away place I could ve walked in a physical store of theirs and gotten one And yes when buying it it did say they have it in stock and still do As a first time customer I will not be ordering again Fingers crossed it actually arrives at all

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Scot The charging cable would not stay in our old iPhone 6 so it would not charge Everyone told us it was not worth getting it fixed the repair cost would be prohibitive I took it into the iStore Crawley anyway Scott took the phone into the back of the store returned 10 minutes later fully fixed Refused to charge me a penny A great Xmas present Thank you
