Wow what a horrible experience I ordered over a month ago and most of it still isn t here ILI ordered like 100 worth of stuff my mistake I know and it s all late Today I received the ugliest earring I ve ever seen and realized it was NOT what I ordered AT ALL I wish I could post a picture so you could laugh too A 1st grade version of what I thought I was getting I m scared to open the rest of what I ordered after reading the reviews Yikes Never buying something via a Facebook ad again No customer service and they gave me a tracking number that won t update so I have no idea when the rest is coming I m still laughing at these ugly rain loud earrings that they took off the website I assumed-based on the reviews-that they stoke the picture of the earring from another page I would have

Terrible quality unprofessional customer service

Having previously ordered from Jelly Store and happy with the products I recently ordered the Beennny t-shirt for my son When it arrived I was disappointed as the material and print were terrible and felt cheap but also the length was far much shorted then stated on the website I contact Jelly to arrange a return after a number of rude unprofessional and patronizing replies they wanted me to provide photographic evidence as to how I thought the material was cheap as apparently they have never received a single complaint which I find very hard to believe and after this I could return the t-shirt to them at my cost for them to inspect it I have never had so much trouble to return an item I won t be bothering to return it as it just isn t worth the hassle but I also won t be buying from Jelly Store again

If I can I give this store zero stars Ordered merchandise on 12 3 2020 and still haven t heard or haven t received any updates for a while Last update was 3 weeks ago from Jelly company that it s in transit in NY We live in Virginia so I am asking how long it will take for a shirt to come I wrote an email to Jelly store customer service and they were polite and answered promptly but looks like the shipping company is out of their hands I suggest you a jelly company to switch to more reliable and better shipping company for a shipping and handling cost you are charging to have more happy customers So far I can tell this web is scam with bad customer service and updates This was a last and first time I ordered from this store

I bought matching shirts for me and my son from jellystore com and they didnt have my shirt so refunded my but still charged me for shipping for 2 shirts I contacted customer service and they basically told me sorry thats how its gonna be I sent them 3 emails after that and got no response We will never buy from jelly again Almost 40 for 1 shirt that costed 12 50 Really jelly Come on

Bought 2 pairs hummingbird hoop earrings Almost 60 for the 2 pairs They tried taking the money out of my bank twice one of those times was through paypal I don t even have a paypal account 2 months later I still don t have the earrings According to the tracking number they re still in china and they won t refund my money because they claim they can t cancel the order They should have negative stars Don t buy anything you see on facebook especially if it comes from china
