For 20 years we have paid the fees The first time we have asked for there help on a 2 75tonne thames water van Blocking our windows of our property on the deeds it says no written sign vans or over 1 75 tonne we have the massive thames water sign beaming in our windows day in day out we have had anti social behaviour from this thug for 2 years the police have asked him to move it a few times the council parish council and thames water but he chooses to park it opposite our property on a narrow road This jh management company have made things worse when we called them about this problem now he blocks all the windows of the side of our house we have no view only his thames water sign we offered other parking areas where this van would cause no problems and the abuse from them and there family would stop if this van was moved As it seems to be there Pride and joy but the management company sent out a letter to remove it then sent me a letter to say do not call the office again I did call as we pay them for a service not them paying us the member of staff was arguing with us she was so unprofessional regarding this and very bias her words was she thinks he parks in the best place If blocking someone view from a property i feel all she had to do was ask him to park it down a bit further away from our house But now she has encouraged his behaviour more I will be putting in a complaint and taking this to the next level As I feel we can pay this family run company But don t ask for support This has caused severe stress anxiety on our behalf very disappointed in this company I will be making a report back to our parish council who did say the management company would be able to help us
