Do not buy from Joss Main

Ordered 2 runner rugs from Joss Main and they sent me 2 tiny rugs They are refusing to refund me or send me the correct order that I paid for Instead they want me to pay for a new box to ship back their mistake in order to receive my refund or order I have no issues returning their order but would like to be assured I am being refunded for my order not received prior to sending them their orders

Awful Company

Awful I bought a couch I had researched and had many good reviews and I was so excited to be able to buy a new couch with cash and excited I found the right one The color I decided on was gray The other colors indicated cotton although unspecified in ad pewter gray was not indicated as being a different material I wanted cotton because other synthetic materials I am allergic to so cotton was important I ordered swatches but it was my day off so later in the day I ordered the Lucia sleeper sofa in pewter gray The next morning I got the swatches and to my dismay because website did not indicate back of pewter gray swatch said polyester so I immediately called customer service to see if I could change the color I pointed out that the swatch said polyester on the back but website had not Representative admitted that was true after checking and placed me on hold to see if she could She came back on and said there was nothing she could do now as it was being custom made I was very upset as this couch was almost 3 grand I called again to speak to a different representative but was still told there was nothing they could do It was a 6 weeks before delivery I did not get the couch for four months not 6 weeks yet they said when I called 12 hours after making purchase that they could do nothing about changing the color I got the couch and it s the scratchiest cheapest material and frankly ugly too But more importantly it itches my skin beyond belief I m sad feel like they don t care about making their customer happy and frankly I m embarrassed of my couch but have no choice but to try to order and pay for a cover for it so I can lay or sit on it And I went on their website and it s now 1000 00 cheaper with more colors I m mad at this company and will never shop here again The saddest part is if it was made with a suitable material that didn t itch and was soft not scratchy I would probably be bragging on it I m sick about this Shame on you Joss and Main

Terrible customer service

I ordered a picture It took a very long time to be delivered in fact I called to see what the delay was When it finally arrived it was not the picture I had ordered I called customer service and spoke to a very nice woman Unfortunately it became my problem to box up this picture and have it sent back via FedEx They said the correct picture could be delivered sometime in December and I declined

high quality furniture without high price tag

I purchased 4 dining chairs and a bench from Joss Main and I m very happy with them I was nervous about purchasing from a Target Lowes brand because sometimes the furniture they carry is manufactured pretty cheaply But we wanted a high quality dining set without having to spend thousands and that s exactly what we got Everything is well made and very easy to put together It looks awesome and the chairs are comfortable too I highly recommend Joss Main
