Defective bracelet

I bought a bracelet from Joyous as seen on the Kelly Clarkson show Bracelet cannot clasp as there is no way to attach bracelet to wrist because of missing parts I can t even have a new clasp put on from a local jeweler because of the way it is made It is totally worthless I reached out to Joyous to see how to exchange defective item but they closed my case without connecting with me I feel totally ripped off Will never purchase from them again

Terrible website

I have been trying to purchase merchandise from them since before Christmas Their website keeps telling me ooops we have encounter a problem I have done everything they have told me to try and then it started telling me my address cannot be verified for sales tax I don t know if I m the only one having these problems but company doesn t have a phone number

I ordered a cell phone case on December 10 it arrived in Los Angeles on December 21 and still hasn t moved from there I got a tracking number from USPS but there still hasn t been any movement I was unaware that it was coming from China because there was no indication on their website as to where it was being shipped from Good thing I payed with PayPal I was able to get a full refund

Did not receive a product for the month

Did not receive a product for the month of august and they charged me Refuse to give a refund They left me to figure out why the mail didn t come and to file a claim with the post office Real nice of a company who claims to want to help people with anxiety and depression and put extra stress into my life and more anxiety loss of money no product and extra stress Give me back my money And never send me texts again

Terrible I placed my small order on December 3rd and its December 26th and I still haven t received the item They re using USPS and the tracking has been in transit for over a week Customer service doesn t take responsibility and puts the inconvenience on USPS My one and only time I will ever order from Joyus

Chinese company posing as UK company and returns sent to NJ USA Ordered 5th Dec its now 27th and according to the Chinese shipping company my order details were received on 19th then Nothing Terrible company Avoid at all costs Folksy also deny dealing with Joyous
