What a big scam u order for 2 they bring u 1 and demand to pay full price And keep saying no u order only one even u show to them they say no its not true costumers service even say why why u open package without paying first like they now they scamming u

I had a terrible experience with Jumia Maroc My order was delayed several times with no explanation and when it finally arrived the product was not as advertised The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful and I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied To make matters worse the return process was difficult and time-consuming and I was charged additional fees for the return shipping Overall I do not recommend Jumia Maroc and I will not be using their services again in the future

I purchased a phone charger from Jumia Maroc but unfortunately the product did not work at all When I reached out to their customer service department to report the issue I was disappointed with their response Their customer service team seemed unhelpful and disinterested in resolving my problem I felt like I was being given the run-around and that they didn t care about the inconvenience that their faulty product had caused me Moreover I found their return policy to be complicated and confusing making it even harder to get a refund or exchange for the defective product The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied Overall my experience with Jumia Maroc was extremely negative I would not recommend this company based on the poor quality of their products unhelpful customer service and confusing return policy If you re looking for reliable and trustworthy online shopping experiences I suggest looking elsewhere

I tried to contact the customer support team through the chat feature and asked a straightforward question about a product However instead of answering my question via chat the agent requested my phone number so they could call me This left me puzzled as to why the chat option was available in the first place if phone support was the preferred method of communication

Disgusting services and Products

I ve had a frustrating experience with the chat-based customer service After reporting a delivery issue they initially assured me of its resolution However they later contacted me with an incorrect claim that I wasn t home during the original delivery attempt When I inquired about a confirmed delivery date their response was consistently that I would be contacted later essentially leaving me in a state of limbo This continuous standby mode response was particularly inconvenient as it did not allow me to plan my days effectively It appears they fail to understand that customers have daily commitments and cannot remain indefinitely available

Sham Store

I had never even heard of this store before I had a fraudulent transaction appear from my bank card I attempted to get my money refunded via Chat but the customer service person just kept saying that they couldn t find out who used my card details and to contact the police The store is in Casablanca I am in Australia I work for an online store here and our company would at least look into the transaction and when found would be able to tell it wasn t me This company is just a front for criminal activity

Incompetent service

Incompetent service a customer service that have no idea what customer service is I regret the waste of time that I spent looking and making an order through their website and their excuse is that I didn t answer the phone cause they called me the minute I picked up my phone to make a call so it went through to my voice mail rather than wait and call back no they just cancelled my order and when I did call the first responder had no idea what to do and she hung up and the second transferred me to someone to make the order again but coincidentally that item I wanted is no longer available It s amazing what flies as customer service in Morocco for god sake be better I m so tired of this 3rd world service It s 2023 get with the program and stop hiring 18 year olds that know nothing
