Beware this is the same company as wine direct both owned by Fermentation Limited Wine direct has a terrible reputation of not delivering Check financials of Fermentation limited and check reviews for Wine direct before using this company It is operating from the same building and best of luck if you think you will get through on the phone Just tried to phone and was automatically diverted to Wine Direct answerphone Suspect skulduggery here would advise not paying in advance this is definitely a reconstruct of Wine Direct or should I say Wine Misdirect

Ordered wine from them in December 2022 6 months late still no wine has arrived and I am 60 worse-off DO NOT order from this business - they re pirates

Nightmare Paid 350 for a case of wine - not delivered I kept chasing and complaining via email and online but ZERO response - like shouting at the moon STAY AWAY from these rogue traders I strongly suspect their happy 5 star review customers are not real

Ordered from this company in June The wine didn t arrive I ve tried contacting them by email several times and get no response Their telephone number goes straight to voicemail Don t bother placing an order buy from somewhere more reputable
