Ordered Friday delivered Wednesday which is excellent Bottles really well packed and DPD gave me tracking updates I would have given 5 stars but emails to the company went unanswered I had a receipt but no despatch info so tried to find out when I might get my wine but had no response If I d had despatch info I wouldn t have needed to contact them so would have given 5 stars I will use them again

Got there in the end
I bought three cases of wine from this company online I had not dealt with them before but their prices were good and they sold several wines that I had recently tasted in South Africa After I made the purchase I got no email confirmation and I was not able to open an account to track my purchase Only then did I look at Trustpilot and saw that some reviewers had left poor reviews So I emailed the company and did finally get a confirmation invoice and emails about delivery The wine was delivered on the 6th working day after I made the order It was very well packaged using renewable materials and not bubble wrap My initial fears based on reviews here about the company were not therefore borne out by my experience I hope this helps others

Good service but updates would have given this 5 stars
Good service Arrived within the delivery time frame My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that updates from Just in cases were sparse between ordering and dispatch I d like to updates for the order being processed
