Justlinen co uk is an on-line arm of Dawsons Department Stores and sells as you might expect linen Yes bedding and towels etc not the most exotic subject for a review but they do deserve a review and a good one at that This is the second time I have purchased from Justlinen co uk I am sure there will be a third more than likely a fourth and who knows a fifth I could go on for ever here no you say ok back to the review Once again the whole ordering process was straightforward and simple even paying seemed less of a wrench than usual The items arrived in a few days and as with my first order the quality was second to none Yes top notch quality items but not with a top notch price tag I would definitely recommend Justlinen co uk

I love this company I have used them for the past 2 years and they never fail to get me out of the holes I get myself into when buying bed lined remotely There have been times when I ve need them to compare quality for me whilst in the shop floor and I ve been on the phone They ve given me answers which assure me that they understand the quality I m after Their recommendations are always spot on Today I emailed and said that I d ordered some bed sheets but hadn t checked if they were extra deep Within a very short period of time they emailed back that they had cancelled and refunded my order as I had ordered totally incorrect sizes for what I described In addition they sent me a link to another sheet which matches my requirements exactly No fuss just sorted

First time ordering from this company think it comes under Dawson s Department Store as that is what it said on any correspondence and very happy with my experience Great sale prices for high end branded bed linen and cushions Got free delivery for ordering over 50 Order came in good time and I was sent a message with a one hour time slot which was helpful I have not needed to return anything so can t comment on the returns process which was complained about in another review

I have had an excellent experience with Just Linen from Dawson s I was in a hurry for bedding after an existing set was damaged in a burglary The lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful and promised to despatch the linen asap It has arrived quicker than I ever thought and just what I wanted Will use again without hesitation

I don t ever shop anywhere else for my gorgeous linens Always quality and value Deliveries prompt and free over 50 I never have a problem reaching that for sure

Good product but even better customer service I now live in France and am delighted with the recent service I had Bit of a long story but delivery got mislaid JL tracked it found it and got it to me very pleased and the bedding was beautiful so thankyou for your efforts x

Shocking customer service After a lengthy delay waiting for confirmation of dispatch of our order we were promised that our order would be dispatched that day for next working day delivery so rescheduled several appointments Yet again no sign of our order so telephoned Just Linen and they were no help whatsoever Not willing to contact the courier or anything This is the third consecutive order they have messed up Never again Avoid avoid avoid

SCAM Very Poor website design and EXTREMELY expensive for postage costs Needed to order a single pillowcase for my Grandmother as she had bought the quilt cover separately and didn t realise it wasn t included The pillowcase was 8 50 but and the delivery option was 1 50 for a single pillowcase I got an extremely abrupt email from them to tell me that I needed to pay an extra 8 45 for delivery or they would cancel the order So they wanted me to pay 8 50 for a pillowcase and 9 95 for delivery Best avoid

I ordered from just linen and spent over 100 on bedding One of those products was a king size sheet however I was sent the wrong size in the king size sheet packaging I phoned customer services who asked for proof The email address on the return form to send the pictures bounced back I also found an email on their website which bounced back also Beginning to think this website is a scam Won t be returning here again to purchase bedding I don t really care about a refund or exchange anymore it s been very challenging to get an email address for this company which actually works and won t be wasting my time trying Shocking service and totally frustrating website

I ordered several items from this company at the weekend The items were delivered yesterday On opening the box I discovered that two of the items were faulty and the packaging of one of the faulty items was ripped and dirty - consequently the item itself was also dirty Appalled by this both issues must have been clearly visible on selection and dispatching of the items and I could not believe that any company would send something out in such a state I immediately contacted the company on the phone contact number on the invoice The woman who answered the phone was not in the least bit apologetic and seemed quite sharp and dismissive and told me to send photographic evidence to the email address on the invoice I immediately photographed the items and emailed the company stating that I would like a refund in line with my statutory rights and that I would like to know how the company intended to recoup the items I heard nothing I again rang the company this morning and the woman who answered told me that emails were answered in strict order of receipt and when I asked about timescales she said that I would receive a response by the end of the day I have waited for a response and at close of business I have had no response from the company The company state on the invoice that if items are faulty or damaged the customer should contact them rather than return the items I am now in the position where I have items that should never have been dispatched in the first place and despite contacting the customer service twice and providing the requested evidence I have had no satisfactory redress I note from previous reviews that other customers have had similar unsatisfactory experiences I will not be using this company or any of it s partner websites again I continue to await communication and swift redress from the company
