Loved this place so much
Loved this place so much The beds were comfortable the place was clean and lovely the kitchen had everything we needed Loved the pool area and the location was perfect for getting around the island and grabbing dinner or anything from the Safeway across the street The only critique I have is that the TVs are way too old We weren t able to use any of our streaming platforms on the older model TVs so they were essentially useless unless you like watching satellite

Checking in was super simple Condo was clean and well equipped We enjoyed our brief stay Only thing that I wish would have been different is the onsite restaurant was only open after 4 00

Extremely Helpful
Unfortunately at the last minute we were unable to travel to Kauai and therefore unable to use our room The good news is the staff at Kauai Exclusive Management were Very Helpful and easy to work with and we were able to gift our room to some friends They absolutely loved the room and everything about the Waipouli Beach Ressort

Great company for vacation rental
Location of rental was great and the unit was well maintained Communication with them to help choose and book outings was very easy Would book with them for future rentals and help plan out activities while on vacation

This house was awesome
This house was awesome we had a group of 8 and it was large enough for us all not to feel like we were on top of each other the entire vacation We loved the pool and hot tub and the Grill was top notch with a bunch of steak and asparagus from Costco it was probably our favorite meal of the trip Very easy to deal with and had everything and more for a home away from home We thought the no A C was going to be a problem but once you get the fans going the heat wasn t a real issue we enjoyed the open natural cooling of the trade winds reminded me of old school A C as a kid open the windows at night and close them in the morning We would definitely stay there again and we loved how quiet Princeville is and easily accessible to wherever you need to go

Cozy yet comfortable
This little condo unit was our home for two weeks and had everything we needed It was clean the bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the larger lanai some of the units there have very tiny unusable lanais The kitchen was complete the shower was great It does pick up voices a bit more because of the door location in the stairway and it does NOT have a smart TV so bring your own Roku or other streaming device

Really responsive great service Came out and sprayed for some little bugs we had within a few hours notice Located and returned a hair dryer and curling iron we left behind and just great overall service throughout our trip

Extremely easy to book this beautiful property This property is outstanding for large groups There are two masters with a private bathroom each Great location less than 5 minutes to Poipu Beach Keep in mind that this unit is on a second floor so there are about 20 steps to go up no elevator Overall I would rate this property an A Highly recommend
