terrible customer service rude and accusing people of theft

I bought two towels for my kids and I received some bags stuffed in the package When I reported the issue they accused me of stealing They are very irresponsible and instead of trying to offer a solution they finger-point and accuse the customers I am obliged to contact the police and report the matter and escalate to PayPal for my money

Delivery excellent but product not as described

The delivery was very fast I have no complaints about that but the baby plate Mushie siliconen bord met zuignap I ordered has no suction at all the product is useless While the plate of brand Munchkin that I had bought from another store works very well

No return policy

I ordered a pair of rain boots that didn t fit properly and my daughter didn t like them so I wanted to return them right away However there was no return form in the parcel I contacted Keekabuu through their email and the contact form on their website but five days have passed with no response This wasn t my first order with them but it was my first time attempting a return Disappointed by the lack of response
