I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company There customer service is great and very efficient We ve had their products two storage benches for many year and they are still going strong

Keter customer service was brilliant I needed a spare part for a Keter outside storage unit They sent me the required part no charge no fuss Good old customer service at its best

I only had to make one phone call about a problem and it was resolved almost immediately The lady I spoke to was very understanding and even her emails to me were very sympathetic Within less than half an hour my replacement goods were being packed and awaiting delivery Very well organised and extremely effecient

Amazing Customer service

I have two Keter storage units bought a while ago and so out of warranty I contacted Keter Customer service asking whether I could buy replacements for some metal parts that had corroded note we live near the sea so not unusual for this to happen To be honest I was not expecting much and at best thought that I would have to buy the parts but was happy to be told Keter would supply the parts free of charge as a good will gesture In my experience this is exceptional customer service and deserves a mention Well done Keter and in particular thank you to Avital who was so helpful

Contacted Keter Customer Care on Saturday and received a response the next working day Dana replied to each of my emails quickly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my damaged shed Thank you

Unexpected superb customer service

After complaining about the cushions that were supplied I fully expected to fobbed off Far from it Our customer service agent was called Tracey Bell She took our complaint very seriously and gave us a good explanation of the problem with a sincere apology Furthermore she then exceeded all my expectations with an extremely generous offer of cash or additional seating set I was absolutely amazed and very happy with the outcome Superb customer service thanks Tracey Bell

Ordered a keter shed via B Q website

Ordered a keter shed via B Q website Turned up promptly and easy delivery I had been sent a part in error so couldnt build the shed was a side panel had to cntact Keter direct rather than back to B Q but was easy to get hold of someone and new part sent out very quickly So apart from the inconvenience it was all sorted very quickly

First class service team

What an amazing service team I cannot reccomend the quality of their service team enough it was like the good old days when the customer was of importance so very rare these days The faulty struts on my storage bin were replaced F O C within 2 days of my initial call to their office they could not have been more helpful Christopher
