A potential customer complaint turned into a customer appreciation by customer services

I had a problem with rotating my Kettler parasol due to corrosion between different metal types Despite the parasol being out of warranty and as the part was not repairable Kettler kindly replaced the parts free of charge You pay a premium for Kettler but the customer service makes you appreciate why Well done Kettler you turned a potential customer complaint into an appreciation Many thanks

Efficient replacement experience

Having notified kettler that one of our patio chairs had badly finished paintwork kettler offered without argument to replace the complete set The replacement set was not available for some weeks but a good set was delivered efficiently with regular contact from kettler throughout the process

Kettler clearance event

I attended the clearance event and bagged a great bargain on a new parasol It was really well organised well staffed and clearly set out Would have been even better if they had had a bistro set as we were also after one of those but they had several dining sets at great prices too Well worth a visit

Exemplary service from Kettler

We had spotted rusting on our Kettler table and so took photos and sent off to Kettler They determined that the rusting had occurred during the warranty period and organised a replacement to be sent out and the faulty table to be returned Their after sales has been second to none and we will continue to purchase their products in the future That standard of service is exemplary in this day and age and any company displaying it will always be supported and encouraged by us

Kettler Cover

Although we love our sofa from kettler we don t not think buying the protective covers are worth the price at all After just 18 months our sofa cover began falling apart When I complained to Kettler they have kindly sent us a replacement cover Fingers firmly crossed this one lasts longer

Kettler Charlbury dining set

We purchased the Charlbury 6 seater dining set and winter cover and were initially impressed 3 years on and a few weeks out of warranty the rattan in the table top started to disintegrate I spoke to customer services who initially pointed out that it was out of warranty but later contacted me and agreed that it should not have degraded so quickly They have since replaced the table which now looks very nice again

I purchased the kettler panalsol pagoda

Edit they hadn t realised I d just bought it and have arranged to send the part free this week I purchased the kettler panalsol pagoda which was up less than 2 weeks before it has started developing rust at 2 point on 1 beam It clearly states it is anti rust and has a warranty which when contacting them they said they can send a replacement part then sent me the cost I have to pay to replace the weeks old in warranty rusting part of the pagoda that I have the inconvenience of having to dismantle to replace mind They d also advised before sending me the price I should put rust proof stuff on it since it s been raining in the UK it states it s rust proof coated it s been up 2 weeks and this wasn t something I figured I d have to deal with before the areas put straight I had read reviews before purchasing wish I d have come on here to check also but it seemed a reputable company and didn t see anywhere anyone had a fundamental issue they had to pay to be corrected upon building the items that was clearly a manufacturing fault of not coating the item correctly Disappointed

Great customer servicce

I bought a whole set of Elba garden furniture exactly a year ago and it has been a joy - apart from the teak dining table of which I have had four The latest arrived a couple of weeks ago and touch wood seems to be okay The other three developed cracks and had to be replaced but - unlike so many other companies - Kettler dealt with my queries and replacements efficiently and courteously Special mention should be made of Dawn Robinson and Kate Beverley Obviously it s a shame if a product is faulty but even more of a shame if one has to battle to get a refund or a replacement which has not been the experience in my case

If you have a wonky leg Kettler will give you a new one

One of the garden chairs In a set we bought would not sit flat to the ground one short or bent feet Supplier contacted Kettler who arranged to exchange the chair which they did under the warranty New chair delivered and faulty one collected by courier which was all very good The only down side was the length of time it took as this seasonal stock wasn t available for several months Other than that - very pleased with the service I received

Table replaced under warranty

I contacted Kettler when my table started rusting after only 2 years They immediately agreed to replace it under the three year warranty based on the photos I sent There was a slight delay as they were out of stock but their communication was excellent and I now have the new table Hoping this one will last for many years as our previous one did
