Our first visit to the factory shop in Redditch Excellent reception by friendly staff Excellent selection of products at amazing prices Very helpful staff who made sure we were fully informed to make the right decision Furniture due for delivery tomorrow by arrangement and looking froward to some nice autumn weather to use it

We ordered 3 powder coated chairs and rectangular table One chair had a 3mm area uncoated we informed Kettler and a new chair was immediately dispatched without question and we could keep the original chair Excellent service quality product We ve had Kettler outside Powder coated garden furniture for 15 years uncovered Fantastic stuff

A Great Result

More than we ever expected from our warranty claim which was almost a year out of date Very prompt response to our initial email explaining the problem that had occurred Kettler offered to replace our faulty item on production of our receipt which we had The replacement item was delivered and the faulty item collected at the same time within a week Will certainly use you again and recommend you too Well done Kettler

I emailed kettler on the off chance

I emailed kettler on the off chance they could supply the pole bit that goes into parasol that had gone missing Not only can they supply it the price was 12 and delivery for free The customer service was very helpful and knew exactly the bit I needed Excellent service and I don t heap praise often

Kettler garden furniture is the best quality Had mine for many years Needed to get a couple of foot caps for my Classic chairs Contacted Kettler customer services because I couldn t find a match online Kat Woods sorted it out in no time at all Happy days

Excellent design and manufacture

Have just bought a Kettler Cora 120cm table and 4 chairs Delighted with the look and the design especially with the limed finish of the timber All well built and good instructions for the easy construction process Cushions very robust and comfortable One bolt on the table was faulty wouldn t tighten but Kettler replaced it for free as soon as I informed them about it No other fault at all at present and the set looks really good in our small town garden without looking bulky or visually overpowering Would recommend this set

Would purchase Kettler just for their customer service

I rarely write reviews but in this case Kettler deserves a big pat on the back I wish all companies treated their customer s as Kettler do I have never had to wait to speak to someone and they have sorted queries and issues immediately without fuss We have quite a lot of Kettler garden furniture and they would always be my first to consider as I know the product is quality but equally as important they care about their customers Not the norm in many organisations unfortunately Paul

Kettler are in my top 3 companies for

Kettler are in my top 3 companies for customer experiences this year 2024 The other two are Solo Stove and Costco Whilst I have purchased a lot of Kettler furniture over the years maybe the reason for the great service being sceptical the customer service has been great on many occasions fixing some little issues like a faulty candle immediate replacement without the hassle of having to send a faulty item back and a polywood Elba table top cracking with a full immediate table replacement Now this table was 3 5 years old and out of warranty but given the care we gave the table using Kettler approved products they honoured the issue 5 star all the way In terms of the furniture itself Sturdy robust and very easy to install The opposite of IKEA

Superb customer service and care

We had a problem with our garden table namely some splitting of the wood and some paint covering We got in touch with Kettler whose customer service is second to none Professional friendly and efficient who promptly replaced the table under warranty Unfortunately the first table delivered was the incorrect size we got in touch again and a replacement table was delivered without delay Cannot fault this company or the delivery company they use Top marks Thank You

Had a problem with my garden table

Had a problem with my garden table Contacted Kettler and sent photos as requested Excellent customer service and within a day a replacement had been agreed and delivery date arranged Delivery was within timescales and I was kept up to date throughout I have always been pleased with my Kettler products and am certainly happy with the service I received Thank you
