Return and replace Everdure Force BBQ

I had to return a Everdure Force BBQ due to a faulty finish Kettler handled the return in an excellent manner and supplied me with a brand new replacement Full marks to Kettler and in particular Kath W Great aftercare service Thank you

Firepit coffee table

Edit Since the review below Kettler responded to my issue Not only have they replaced the faulty firepit but they took the old one away Thank you very much That s great customer care Hopefully this one will not disintegrate Purchased a Kettler firepit coffee table in August 2021 The warranty has now ran out and the whole of the tabletop is cracked with chunks flaked out if it It s been covered over winter by the cover provided but it s made out of cheap material For 800 I expected more than 2 years minimal use before it deteriorated

Excellent customer service

We bought an Elba Dining table just under a year ago and surprisingly I sent off the warranty On giving the table a spring clean a chunk of wood fell off - probably a large knot I contacted customer services and they immediately apologised and asked when it would be convenient to deliver a replacement Wow Big thanks to Kate Beverley Kettler Customer Service Agent

I purchased an outside light and heater

I purchased an outside light and heater that I absolutely love I got it out to enjoy in the evenings and it no longer works I contacted Kettler and they responded very quickly and replaced the item Customer service was fantastic and I will order from them again Thank you Neil Wilkes for your help

Outstanding customer service

Kettler s customer service was outstanding when I was trying to source a replacement lid for a BBQ They were super-helpful quick to organise a delivery and very flexible and understanding when I made a fairly fundamental mistake Kudos to Kat Woods in particular for her help

I am specifically rating warranty

I am specifically rating warranty claim Although it took quite few months I was kept in the loop and finally got the product replacement It is too early to judge if the replacement will not develop the same fault wood splitting as it was probably made in the same factory using the same method pressing 2 pieces of wood to make it into 1 wider piece Time will tell if replacement was worth it

Outstanding service

Lovely hard wearing furniture however unfortunately after 15 months I had to claim on the three year warranty for one of the chairs I emailed Kettler co uk on Bank Holiday Sunday evening at 20 41hrs and received a personal response from a customer service agent at 21 58hrs The issue was resolved and within a few days we had a brand new chair as a replacement I cannot fault the service it was prompt professional and exceeded my expectations Thank you very much I would not hesitate to recommend you or purchase from you again

Excellent Value and Speedy Delivery

I recently ordered some accessories for our Everdure grill and I m thoroughly pleased Their prices were significantly cheaper than what I found elsewhere and the delivery was exceptionally fast I received the items promptly without any issues

High Quality Products Great Customer Service

Purchased the Kettler Menos Versa corner set in May 2022 and it is still looking perfect after 2 years of use The furniture is really high quality and this particular set has such a clever design which allows it to be configured in several different seating arrangements yet it packs away into such a small space absolute ingenious Contacted customer service about starting the warranty 3months after purchasing due to garden redesign work running late and they sorted it without hesitation Would highly recommend Kettler and their products
