Didn t buy from Kettler but

Bought a storage box online from another company Realised when trying to erect the box that it was faulty Kettler were superb in not only sorting this out but delivered and erected a new one on site I have lots of Kettler products and this was the first time l had experienced a problem Cannot fault their customer service Highly recommend

Great quality and service

Great quality furniture and good value for money Purchased the large pagoda parasol corner sofa and table and it s transformed our garden Weather proof and hardy which is useful in the UK Customer service was excellent when we had to swap one of the parts of the parasol great Comms and simple process Would certainly recommend

I ve have had a really good experience

I ve have had a really good experience with Kettler The customer service was top-notch and they resolved my issue without question Karl who came to fix the problems was excellent Thanks again for the positive experience

Outstanding quality and customer service

Had some beautiful garden furniture from Kettler Lovely six seater table and chairs couple of loungers and cute Boho bistro set Fantastic quality prompt delivery and excellent customer service from Kat Woods Would highly recommend them Customer service is outstanding Now somebody please tell the sun to come out so I can use these lovely products Thank you Kettler

Excellent warranty claim process

We had an issue with 1 of our Surf Active chairs we sent details to customer services and within days we had an email to say a replacement had been arranged Excellent warranty claim process TNT delivered as expected

Following my 1-star review on 16 4 24 regarding the state of my Cora outdoor dining table Kettler asked me to contact them to discuss the matter All the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and professional and I am pleased to say the table has now been replaced Great service

Excellent Customer Service and replacement provided in a timely and professional manner Gary the representative was excellent at our property and provided great support Kath at customer services also gave accurate and considerate timescales

Amazing customer service I registered the table tennis table before assembly 2 parts required replacing I emailed Kettler and the parts were received within a week Thank you Kettler First class service

Excellent communication and service from Kettler s Customer Service Dept I recently advised them of a fault with a garden chair which was purchased 3 months previously Their response was immediate and a replacement chair delivered within a few days A first class service
