We bought a new kitchen worth Eur 25K the experience was horrible Still now we don t know what werk-blad we are getting this we paid Eur 9 5K agreed confirmed signed 3 weeks before delivery of the kitchen Lion-stone pls don t chose them - very unprofessional calls to say your stone is not yours it s for someone else come tomorrow to chose another one - Really leave everything and run to their store which is 90 kms away How can they do this 6 hours later we get another call oh the client whose stone we chose agreed to have his stone and hence we can have it There is something more behind this - KC is not telling us The whole experience of buying a new kitchen - the joy excitement happiness is replaced by calling KK 10 times unlimited mails no one just doesn t bother to call email or tell us what stone are we getting Ktiche is supposed to be deliverd on 26th of March No one knows what is coming that date We have 3 kids as a family who is compensating us for the time spent in calling mailing writing reviews and STILL NO NEWS FROM KEUKENCONCURRENT

I ordered a kitchen and i agreed to place it myself I have my central heating boiler installed in 2 of the kitchen cabinets So i agreed to modify the 2 cabinets to fit the boiler worst solution ever after the order i got a mail that the cabinets i needed where not available in that size because of the handgrips on the doors So they offered me some other cabinets i needed to adjust the width in order to fit my maximum space because the kitchen is enclosed Luckily i have good tools so the cabinets fit now but they offered some cabinet doors in the right size as warranty 6 months after delivery i still have no doors on that cabinet they say they tried calling me but i never had a call Now i got a mail that i need to pay 120 100 euro s extra for 2 doors without hardware First and last time Mandemakers Keukenconcurrent

Order number 20344057670Dear twan pls read my 1st review on 16th march KC said will call us to sort out our complaint still haven t heard from them The entire experience of joy happiness of ordering a new kitchen was turned into making phone calls writing emails Very sad For sure they will write back here so that other people can see yes we are working on your complaint and someone will call you soon by that it s another Christmas

Not appropriate for expats very stringent on scope beware of installer
They just limit themselves to see whether the design could fit and whether you can commit to buy at the first visit If the team had seen that the design was off some milimeters they could have advice me to plaster a little bit more and I would have had no future issues If the team would have not been limited to the catalog I would have not lost 3-4 centimeters of cabinet However the design team is very willing and proficient but again limited to standard products and current measurements Thank you again What is not up to standard is the installation team Not very keen to having a non-dutch speaking customer I did ask questions and made comments to both understand and help how they were installing MY kitchen and they replied with let me do my job I have 18 years of experience amongst other things I ended up having an argument with the installer that was installing MY kitchen From then on it went completely downhill They left some edges without caulking just because they did not have the right caulking and because in their words they are not a painting company On that note I will have to repaint the ceiling due to the marks they have left No mention on that from them though Happy they are gone now although unfortunately they will need to come back as there were some broken pieces that need replacing Fingers crossed for next time UPDATE The customer service has reached out to me by phone and later with a follow-up email and they are working on a solution They were very open friendly and attentive I hope it will be fixed shortly

We bought a brand new Kitchen worth more than Eur 27K We got a Bertazzoni master series fornuis 90cm zwart mat AMS96L61BNE fitted The pandrager just broke into 4 pieces while cleaning How is that possible Not sure who will replace this I have written to the store in Amstelveen who will say please write to hoofdkantoor and then it goes into a black hole where you never get any solutions
Very bad customer service
The aftercare is awful Our kitchen has been left unfinished for two weeks You pay 2000 Euros for installation and the engineer comes for 6 hours but refuses to stay an extra 10 minutes for a pipe to be moved so they can finish the job This is despite the problem arising with their plan but they try to put the blame on you I cannot recommend them on this basis

Never again Keukenconcurrent
Our struggle with Keukenconcurrent for months is finally over with extreme fatigue and regret The sales people are excellent to design your kitchen for sure but the problem is that their sales department and HQ are completely apart Once you place your order and pay your order is out of your sales partner and they cannot do anything about it when a problem arises We had horrid experiences with their HQ when we reported issues They do not know what they are selling The extractor was left behind because they did not know how to install it the gas cooking plate wasn t glued to the worktop the screws are hanging from the holes no communication whatsover for the finishing of the shelves and on and on HQ also mentioned that the warranty will be lost if we wanted to change the date of installment which was not written anywhere in the contract This was fixed on the second call but really they are far out of reach on the long waiting phone line There is no other way to reach them other than by phone and the sales people are not able to help us We wish we bought a kitchen elsewhere and truly think that the sales person deserve a better company to work for The whole installation was a nightmare that lasted for months Never want to go through this ever again Update We have tried to report all issues and tried to get support from Keukenconcurrent for months It was hell Now you want a detail only after our review of experiences is published Do we want to deal with it I don t think so The review is complete and it s done

A very disappointing single star
A very disappointing single star customer service After the kitchen installation another technician came to install the Bora Induction and he said that there is a defect in the electric connection I asked him to wait for 15 minutes as the electrician will come to check But he didn t wanted to wait and pressurizing to sign the completion document and left the installation without even opening the induction and its cable The electrician arrived within 15 minutes and he checked the connection which was fine and then I had to request him to install the induction He became ready by paying his charges I informed all of this incident to the customer care of KeukenConcurrent and asked them to pay the installation charges paid by me and also send their technician to check the installation In the first email customer care informed me that they took the note of all the incident and asked me to send the invoice of installation Upon sending the invoice in the next email the customer care denied all the claims by mentioning that their technician has a different version of story Which was expected If so why did they ask me for the invoice Why not decline my claims during the first discussion So I feel that once you buy the kitchen and pay all the money they don t care about customers and their complaints Response Well I don t want reimbursement but I just want to show your pathetic customer service to everyone So enjoy with that

A complete hassle and total regret to choose KeukenConcurrent
As described in the title I made a serious mistake that I have chosen KeukenConcurrent the reasons are as follows 1 Wrong purchase order and unprofessional handlingWe signed a contract in KeukenConcurrent office on 16 SEP and later they sent us an email copy and said this will be the final order We found several mistakes e g the color code of the cabinet panel was wrong and one item was missing We called to request the missing item back and the staff responded very unprofessionally by saying she didn t know whether I have made any changes over the phone to the order but this was the final order she had in their system And she was so kind to offer me a solution which was to pay 75 euros EXTRA for what I have already ordered in the first place Not until I sent them the signed email version of the purchase contract and pointed out the mistakes did they agree to give us the missing item no apologies for sure 2 Poor communication throughout the processWe ordered a composite worktop for our island the head office sent us an email invitation to inspect the worktop before order confirmation We called the worktop company and requested some pictures of the worktop They said they did not receive any order from KeukenConcurrent yet so they were not able to send me the pictures I emailed and called several times to KeukenConcurrent for this matter their response was - the inspection is just optional and I don t need to inspect But the point is I WANT TO and that s why I called to request They did not reply to my email since then but 1 week later I received a call from the worktop company and they finally sent me the pictures I need 3 Inaccessible to customer serviceFor the worktop issue I made several calls to their customer service hotline at different hours most of the time I have to wait for more than 10 minutes before someone answered and when I requested to speak in English they quickly transfer me to another person and then another 10 minutes spent on waiting This was such a hassle especially when the calls were urgent because of the mistakes or internal miscommunication they made 4 Installation person refused to install our kitchenOur kitchen was delivered and the kitchen space was inspected by the delivery personnel on 8 DEC 2022 morning I asked the person if the condition of the kitchen space was good for the installation on 9 DEC He said there was no problem with the kitchen space regarding assembly except that he needed to take some pictures and confirm with the mechanics whether the electricity setup was suitable for installation Later afternoon on 8 DEC the installation personnel confirmed no problem with that On 9 DEC 7am the installation date the installation personnel Yoeri came and refused to install the kitchen because the kitchen floor and the extractor hood outlet were not ready The reasons are self-conflicting First he said the kitchen island cannot be installed on a concrete floor then he said the floor was uneven But neither the delivery personnel nor any written documents including the measurement specifications mentioned anything about the flooring and the installation specifications of the extractor hood I have hired a qualified plumber to arrange the electricity and water supply according to the measurements and technical specifications KeukenConcurrent provided but turns out the installation personnel s claimed requirement was not even specified on their documents Now they have to charge us extra 250 euros for the next appointment in 2023 AND they were not able to deliver our fridge on the agreed delivery date they made a promise to deliver it on the installation date by 9 am Eventually the fridge arrived in the afternoon on the installation date This is ridiculous because even if the kitchen could have been installed they will not be able to install the fridge on time So tips for future kitchen buyers - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY unless you have too much time and money to waste - Buy legal insurance before you buy a kitchen in case you have chosen a company like this ------------------------Dear Twan If your company is really feeling sorry about my bad experience the best solution so far will be to keep your promise 1 to refund the installation fee so that we can find a real professional to install the kitchen for us 2 to follow up on the defective composite worktop Your delivery staff didn t even let us check all 4 edges of the worktop on 8 DEC and passed the responsibility to your installation staff and your staff Yoeri has not yet fulfilled this responsibility before leaving today Regards Evita

The worst service I have ever had I strongly recommend NOT to go with Keukenconcurrent B V Gragtmansstraat 3 5145 RA Waalwijk Nederland To make it clear further to Keukenconcurrent s response - they wouldn t provide the service they did promise to provide which I mentioned loud and clear is very important for me and was one of the reasons I chose them I strongly recommend not to use service of someone that does not provide what was originally discussed and promised
