Great Response service and customer

Recently we purchased a kitchen from Keukenconcurrent at Son We really had good advice from our adviser Bunyamin Ozdemir throughout our process of selecting different choices for workplate cabinets and equipments etc We also find this shop as having good value for money Kitchen is yet to delivered So far everything is good I will update after it gets delivered and installed

We bought our kitchen from Keukenconcurrent Leiderdorp The initial negotiations were tough The only reason for 1 less star Once the agreement were in place thanks to Joey Schindler everything went well The contractors from the company were excellent and were of great help both interms of getting the measurement right and to installing perfectly The kitchen looks great and we are happy The after-sales service is excellent we missed a backsplash and a couple of corners in the delivery which they managed very effectively in the following weeks Overall a satisfied customer

Very good reception at the store sales manager was very professional and gave good advice Delivery was on time and installation was quick and professional Everything working well There was additional request to the sales manager to order extra wood board to cover hole between the wall and kitchen - the manager promised to call back last Monday but never did

The best help given at KeukenConcurrent Barendrecht Rachid Lalaut listened and was patient and drew me a new design when I asked for some slight changes in order for me to keep my Boretti Oven I left the store with a big smile and very happy I cant wait to cook in my brand new KConcurrent kitchen

My review is mainly focussed on the Monteur The initial experience with Kitchen Concurrent was good Good staff at Amsterdam Woonmall and friendly The initial montage was not done well and on complaint concurrent sent the Monteur Ronan Weltevreden to analyse He also came back to fix it and I could not have asked for anyone better He is a magician at fixing the problems and the new kitchen now looks perfect So my 5 stars are towards Ronan and kudos to him for enabling great customer experience
