I m extremely disappointed with this company I had a scheduled appointment with them that was confirmed multiple times But when the time arrived they failed to show up leaving me stranded and frustrated To make matters worse the person from the store who called me moments later didn t even have the decency to apologize Instead they made multiple excuses and showed no regard for my time and effort What really bothers me is that they could have canceled the appointment weeks ago knowing that they wouldn t be able to make it But they didn t bother and instead left me hanging As a result of this experience I will never do business with this company again and I urge others to do the same If they can t respect the time and needs of their customers they don t deserve their patronage

Subject Response to Misleading Email and Unacceptable TreatmentI am writing in response to the recent email I received which I find to be full of misleading information and an attempt to minimize the situation and portray me as the problem First and foremost the email falsely claims that I left the premises without saying goodbye This is simply not true In fact I was essentially thrown out of the store by the salesperson Tom who refused to provide any reasonable options and mistreated me throughout our interaction The salesperson s Tom behavior was completely unacceptable He gave me only two options accept the reduced price which was inflated and higher than the one we initially agreed upon and demanded that I erase my previous review immediately thwarting people for expressing their concerns or reject the contract and face a 30 fine After presenting these ultimatums he showed me the door with no respect whatsoever With and command attitude that even I said that to whom he thing he is talking with There is no responsibility and acknowledge they want pay out my voice by threatening Unbelievable negative mindset Furthermore his email is a total fabrication of the truth It is evident that he still fails to grasp the point that he and his colleagues should not treat people in such a disrespectful manner Contrary to what was stated in the email I did not ask for a discount I simply requested a solution to address their commitments and take responsibility for their actions This company after the answer for my review made me think they all cover this that they mistreat women and discriminate against people It is not about seeking a discount but rather about addressing the overpricing of the product It is not about losing or winning it is about acknowledging unacceptable behavior Based on my experience I strongly advise against visiting this store There are certainly other establishments where customers can expect to receive genuine and transparent treatment unlike the unreasonable behavior displayed by Tom Rene and the company All I ask for is respect and a refusal to tolerate mistreatment and discrimination I hope that this matter can be addressed promptly and appropriately I request a professional and ethical resolution to this matter I am committed to going to great lengths to fight for responsibility ethics and respect Sincerely

Worst experience ever they will pressure you into signing using false claims last day for free installation etc Car sellers methods from the 2000 s I m not Dutch speaking when starting to look at the price and contracts they bullied us into adding a signature without telling us of the contractual fine prints and without giving us time to translate because we re already closed for 20min there s no time for this What a shame When calling THE NEXT MORNING 12 HOURS LATER to cancel the order after taken the time to read and translate everything I was told there is a 500eur cancellation fee Thieves

We ordered a very large kitchen and got it installed in October 2023 and I am writing this review to express my disappointment on the supposedly high end cabinets status I could not write a review earlier due personal situations but we had bubbles on the cabinet laminate within less than 2months of usage And now within less than a year of using a brand new kitchen I see the laminate is wearing off in many cabinets In the beginning we highlighted this through email and the response was that we caused it with usage because the initial bubbles were near the kitchen sink door A kitchen cannot work without water especially near kitchen sink the door underneath will get some water when we are putting dishes to dishwasher If this is the case then bathroom cabinets to should not exist right We never had this issue with similar material in our previous house kitchen and we extremely frustrated Now I see the laminate slowing coming off from edges in various cabinets in 10 months and the company not acknowledging is worst I would rate high without this issue because we had good experience with designing delivery and installation but post installation support and warranty for an expensive brand kitchen material does not exist with them We had great initial conversations design and follow up with Mr Jan Swertz We expected top class customer experience later too but after installation they try to brush off issues I mean kitchen doors laminate coming off so soon is not acceptable for whatever reason This seems the quality of sealing is not good and not a customer usage issue We need to be compensated by fixing the doors we don t deserve to get this experience in our dream kitchen

Worst experience ever They failed to keep their promised delivery date after multiple discussion about this and before they took measurements we wanted to cancel our order They were extremely rude and racist during this process First they offered a random cancellation cost to us Since they did not sent us an invoice we didn t answer them back Now they are trying to invoice us with 30 of the order price- the first offer was lower than 30 When we asked them to demonstrate their costs they did not answer our multiple emails about this and just sent us an email saying that the invoice date has passed and threatened to pass the situation to debt collectors In our multiple emails we mentioned them that we are not refusing to pay but we are refusing to pay until they demonstrate their costs to us You will see that under the website of cbw and under cancellation it states that the trader must indeed indicate what the damage suffered is Article 12 under 2 CBW also states that the entrepreneur must make the damage plausible These are the rules that they claim to follow but for sure they dont ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS Do not buy do not even visit their showrooms because they bully you into buying kitchens

Do not do the same mistake then me and buy a Kitchen there My kitchen is still not installed 1st time the fitter was sick during a sunny day the 2nd time he found false excuses to not installed the kitchen regarding the pipe placement during another sunny day so he can enjoy his day ask you for extra money for the installation all measurements were review afterward by an expert who confirmed that all is correct Consequently I informed the shop about these issues who were not willing to help since they already received your money They will welcome you this time at their shop with a condescending attitudes arrogant behaviour zero professional ethic So do yourself a favour a go buy somewhere else

It has been 20 years that I have been living in the Netherlands it is the 1st time that experience this kind of low service my kitchen is still not installed and the next option is in a month Even I explained to the customer service that I have a child and cannot stay in this situation they basically don t care

Scammers who don t do the job with dubious excuses and ask you to pay more if you want your kitchen Dishonest and incompetent I definitely do not recommend them
