Highly dissapointed- 3 major mistakes that compromised our kitchen
Our experience with Keuken Concurrent was far from a positive one Mr Silvan from Villa Arena was very nice and friendly until we signed the contract after that everything changed When making the plan we have clearely explained what we want such as the shape color dimensions apliences etc The answer of Mr Silvan was YES all possible All good until the next day when he called us saying that the dimension of the microvawe is too big and we need to change Strange enough thinking that the Keuken Concurrent expert didnt realise that the size will not fit Since we chose all the appliences matching with the others we had to change everything to match with the new model Of course we also had to pay more and this one was the first major mistake The delivery went smoothly same the montage Just that after everything was on place we have realised that 2 other major mistakes have been made We asked that the upper cabinets should be high untill the ceiling The sepcialists answer was yes so we have prepared the walls according to that We were shocked to realise that actually the cabinets were way smaller and the gap between them and the ceiling is arround 60 cm Of course we had to spend money and time again to paint the wall behind And this is not all When choosing the dishwasher we showed to the specialist a model of Siemens that was exposed in the showroom Of course the answer was again yes The model that we got is a completely different one the cheapest that they have in the catalogue We called them and explained the situation and we have been told that the manager will be informed and contact us with a solution Twoo weeks passed and still got no solution but every time the same answer our manager is busy with it
