These guys are likely to sell you a part for a car that is from a different year model to your car as was in my case When my mechanic told me the part was from a previous year and as a result the part would not fit When trying to return the part they tried to put the blame one me made excuses and said there was nothing physically wrong with the part the had given me and therefore would not give a refund With debate I said they d sold me a part from an earlier model be honourable and give me a refund Eventually gave 50 refund and a credit note Three staff plus the owner making excuses why they should not give a refund even though they supplied a part from an earlier model The owner became being foul mouthed while trying to justify not giving a full refund referring to us customers coming in and getting them to do all the work and search for parts while expecting them to give us our money back where we look for parts that are wrong in the end the owner just kept rambling while all the staff dissapeared leaving the main fronline man to deal with me Seriously advise anyone to have the actual part you are looking to replace on front of you with this crowd These guys are rude and unprofessional even just dealing with them on the phone give me 15 minutes and I ll see if we have the part Three times I had to phone and then trying to phone back with an answer was a lucky shot Anyway Buyer BEWARE with this crowd They may sell you a part from another model and give whatever excuse they can to not give you a refund
