Great Portugal trip
We had an amazing experience with Marina She went the extra mile when we had to reschedule the trip due to COVID and again when there was an airport strike that forced us to shift the trip by a day She put together an amazing itinerary for our Lisbon trip and the tour guides drivers she found were outstanding Would recommend her to anyone wanting to have a great trip in portugal

Our family used Kimkim to travel to Peru we are experienced travellers and I had travelled to Peru in the past I was thrilled with the tour guides and the efficient use of our time in Peru we got to see and do so much more than we would have been able to accomplish on our own The local teams all reported a good working relationship with KimKim and did not want us to refer privately to their company feeling they were treated fairly Supporting the locals eco tourism and making things easy and efficient are clear goals of using this service I have referred two other families - one had a great time in Morocco and one couple had a great time in Italy both believe they had good value for the extra cost based on the quality of the guides the smoothness of transportation and the unique hotels and experiences We have just booked our second trip with KimKim and head to Morocco for ten days in a few months

My first trip with KimKim and it was a great and wonderful experience Very secure with knowledgeable guides feels like they are part of your family Another brother or sister Good people honest and very kind Thanks to Rodrigo Bruna Thales and all others that Im not remember their names Bruna is an exceptional guide and wonderful person She makes my girlfriend birthday possible with a lot of special details and Rodrigo with the romantic dinner at the Argentinian side espectacular place Thales with the private tour to the national park caves water falls top of the hill astonish and breathtaking views

Look kids Lava Rock Sheep
The Tick Family just returned from 11 exceptional days driving around Iceland s Ring Road Our travel guide Othman provided us with many more kilometers to hike each day than a family of 5 could possibly do and still get around the full ring road The reservations system worked perfectly as they were ready for us at every scheduled stop and hotel One word of caution it s expensive to be in Iceland Gas is equivalent of CAD 3 50 per litre and restaurants are really pricey i e minimum CAD 20 for appetizers and CAD 25-40 for main courses On the other hand portions were good sizes Additionally tax and tip is included in restaurant bills The grocery stores are very well priced All round fantastic experience

The team really listened to how I wanted to travel through Norway and did the best they could to put something together that pretty much covered all of my wishes I was so lucky to make my way across from Oslo to Bergen stopping in little villages to hike and explore then hop back on the train to the next I am so grateful for their help and for how smoothly and effortless my travels were

The plan reflected our conversations with Mariso Ximena provided daily support The drivers and guides were safe knowledgeable and made every day great Of course some parts were better than others from our perspective The lodgings were fine some were outstanding And the cost was reasonable

Adventures in Ecuador
After waiting 3 long years for our trip to Ecuador with Kimkim due to the global Covid pandemic it was great to finally be able to go on this adventure By and large we were kept up to date with changes in itinerary and or price and the trip was very well organised Our local bilingual guide driver was excellent full of information and a real pleasure to travel with Though we don t normally travel on organised trips like this we were happy to have chosen Kimkim for this trip and found it the best way to see and experience Ecuador safely and to make the most of it Gracias EcoAndes Travel

Greece Perfection from KimKim
We just completed a 3 week holiday in Greece that was organized by KimKim and their in-country expert Aggeliki This trip was very professionally organized and exceed our expectations in all areas The things we liked the best about the KimKim experience are 1 Willingness to tailor a trip to our exact requirements2 Ease of communication before and during the trip3 Quality of the in-country guides and transportation services 4 No surprise additional costs In summary these folks really know what they are doing

Imperial cities of Morocco 2023
Working with Kim Kim was really easy right from the start Our trip had been planned for the year before but unfortunately I got Covid the day before I was supposed to arrive in Morocco Hakim immediately responded to my message and was able to help us get back the cost of most of our trip assuming we were going to take it the following year and we did I really appreciated Hakim s commitment to working with us over almost two years and his ability to help us build a trip that was right for us Our driver Hicham was also fantastic Having local guides and knowledgeable and fun drivers really made our time in Morocco special I will definitely work with Kim Kim again on future trips
