ordered over the bank holiday so only had 5 working days for delivery they had to acquire the shoe as they where from there seller network and had to be authenticated got it just in time due to these strikes i m sure normally much faster customer service is good but sometimes busy the best option i would say is the email shoes arriving tomorrow which is perfect good team and will be ordering again
