I would give 0 Star if I could I placed my order 26053 over a month ago and I have not received it yet Worst of all is that I have enquired 3 times and no one from Knyfe de has ever replied to me I m completely left in the dark and I do not know where my order is All I can see is that it has not shipped yet and I m being totaly ignored Poor customer service

Absolutely the worst experience nothing in stock
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop Ordered 1 knife and some accessories on October 7 Delivery time 3-7 days After 7 days on Oct 13 invoice was sent out when the delivery was suppose to be sent out already but Im still ok at this point During next 2 weeks no action from Knyfe de side - sent 2 emails asking whats the status during this time Got 1 reply and the last communication from Knyfe de support telling me that the package will be sent in the next 2 days received this on 24 10 - so now 3 weeks after the order As you can guess nothing happened during the whole week After yet another inquiry on 1 11 and this time asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded if the package will not be shipped next day I was VERY surprised that I got a shipping notice on the 2 11 Here is where my brief excitement ended as there has been of course no action since then Shipping label was apparently created but nobody arranged for the package to be picked up Now it has been almost two weeks of me looking at DHL order status The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically Is this a normal cutromer experience Absolutely no transparency If you dont have stuff in stock let your customers know just look at all the review here - so much frustration with you incapability of handling orders Please beware

Ordered and paid by PayPal for a CIVIVI brazen black on June 2 2023 Delivery time according to the website 1-3 working days totally disaster After a week I asked tracking number and got nothing I only got an answer that the knife would be out in the next few days Some days later I get an email with a tracking number that the package is now ready for delivery and will be sent via the DE Deutsch After June 22 2023 there was an announcement that the package was delivered on my business adrress THATS THE BIGGEST LIE I EVER HEARD I ve been annoyed very much On June 30 2023 I escalate my claim to PayPal because I think I am not a child to full around

I ordered the knife as a gift for my friend and never received it It wasted time and most importantly an impression Order 182283 from July 4 2024 is still in Progress And it s July 27 2024 Multiple emails have no answers and the contact form on the website doesn t work so you won t be able to reach them I think this service is a total scam so I will contact the closest police station to their address Habichtstra e 3 12526 Berlin to open a case and return my money because I don t want to deal with or have a product from this store UPD The refund was made thank you

Bought an item from their store After a week I hadn t received any confirmation email so I wrote them asking for updates one day later they replied and assured me the item was expected to be shipped within the next day One week later still no confirmation email nor tracking number I sent them another request for updates but I haven t heard from them in the past 3 days It has now been 2 weeks I have no package and no idea if it s even been shipped

It s been 7 days since my order I did not receive a tracking of the shipment and for the last 5 days no one has responded to my emails It wouldn t be such a problem if it wasn t an order worth 350 00 Euros ORDER 183605 Apparently I will be forced to legally demand my money back since it was paid by credit card and not PayPal This is obviously dropshipping so I believe that in this way they are trying to buy time until the goods arrive from another warehouse

Terrible customer support I bought an item and it said in progress for ever After trying to contact them many times and open a case in Paypal they finally replied that the item was out of stock and offer to send me something else I said I didn t want another item so I just asked for a refund They never replied to me again even when I tried to reach out to them This all ended more than a month after the purchase with Paypal refunding me Knyfe didn t even reply to Paypal Stay away from them they are probably the worst experience I had with online shopping
