i am an nri customer very bad customer service they keep asking documents for kyc update but never update extremely difficult to get in touch with the bank branch tor any assistance unprofessional and most useless bank I have ever seen

Very worst experience I am facing with the Kotak Mahindra team I will never ever recommend anyone to have loan or any transaction with Kotak mahindra Bank Team will be following us daily until taking the loan only once after taking the loan and if any issue happens no one will respond properly Customer care number is useless it ll not get connected at all with regular calls Rules will change as they wanted before taking loan some rules will be there the same rules will get changed after taking loan

This is to inform that dont deposit your money in kotak mahindra bank You will not be safe with your money in this bank as I dont get how my money is deducted for maintaince fee for more than once from my account On july 24 my money deducted is 295 and again that day 295 and it continous Then on on several dayes on the month of april and august i get message for maintance fee is to be taken that is 245 Do you guys not have a fixed amount for deducting or is doing whatever you want to do All of a sudden my balance from thousand something is deducted to 51 I am going to take legal action for such a scam This bank is unproffessional and is obivously a bank of scammers Even when i reported on their app it shows that there is an error even the app is useless Dont ever put your percious money in kotak mahindra bank I am gonna take legal action for this kind of service
