I won t be a return customer
I didn t receive an item at all and was not told and one was not fit for purpose When I tried to return it they wouldn t reimburse the postage Really poor service totally unhelpful and evasive

BE CAREFUL I haven t received my goods or a refund I think I have lost my money to Kramer What a shame they are presented as a reputable company somethings gone wrong I m shocked that they don t refund when they have totally failed to deliver the ordered goods

Took 2 weeks for the company to even despatch the order
I ordered from this company and it took 2 weeks for them to despatch the order it said 4 working days on the site I asked them to cancel the order before they had even posted it and they refused Their customer service is very poor several emails sent and replies took days and were brief and never answered the questions I intended to buy more from them at a later date but after this i won t be using them again Still not received my order to review the actual products

Goods still not arrived 5 weeks after ordering
Placed an order almost 5 weeks ago now and still have not received it Awful customer service I have e-mailed multiple times and they just keep saying the package has been re-sent when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded they just ignored me

Ordered item was never delivered and shipping agent apparently returned to sender Called they apologised said shipping delays due to brexit I have got items from other euro countries after brexit no delays 3 wks later still waiting for refund I was going to get more items from them won t be now

Waited 1 month for delivery ups blamed
Waited 1 month for delivery ups blamed for issues but that only explained 1 week wouldn t resend missing delivery until ups returned them then waiters another week to resend them then another week to arriveOnce arrived had to return 1 item took 1 week from when they received the item so confirm refund but almost a week later no refund received emailed no even bothered to reply after 2 full working days AVOID I have all emails to confirm this

Complete lottery Truly dreadful Customer Experience
Archaic stock control means that you only find out if you re receiving what you actually ordered when you open the delivery box - as an additional surprise if you order a garlic mineral block it will be packed unwrapped along with clothes Delivery takes a long time is via UPS from Germany who would seem to have no qualms in entering secured property and no delivery notifications Interestingly the big branded product I ordered was out of stock and Kramer apparently have no way of knowing what they have in stock or not once you ve ordered The products I did receive were over priced for poor quality BUT this company has the most awful customer service experience I think I have ever encountered Utterly ridiculous Beware having anything to do with these people Absolute waste of money

My last order via Kramer co uk
Ordered mid august to receive the delivery mid-September Apparently due to Brexit it was out of their control That was an excuse With UPS they are choosing the cheapest and most unreliable importer of goods into the UK and if they don t monitor UPS s sporadic communications they will not be able to deliver in time I know this because I chased UPS myself in the end to finally get my parcel Kramer now ships directly from Germany Not worth the hassle Box was not packaged correctly either thankfully I did not buy garlic treats as my new jods now smell of treats

glove sizing and issues over replacing
ordered riding gloves for a christmas present along with other items they arrived and are tiny so i queried with customer service was told id ordered the childs size but when i looked at how i ordered them its really not clear that that i did that the sizes are described as 1 or 2 right under the colour so it looks like its perhaps the quantity i feel it should say adult or child to make it very clear when youre ordering a lot as i was its very easy to make a mistake on this i am now left with a pair of useless gloves which are too expensive to send back and i also cant order a new pair as they have a min order of way over the 3 which was the cost of the gloves they would not send out a replacement pair which i was happy to pay for but i obviously wasnt prepared to pay for postage and in any case i couldnt due to the min order aspect i feel a bit cheated and will think twice about ordering from them again their sizing needs noted more clearly as too easy too get wrong as numbering not words such as adult used very unhappy customer
