Excellent customer service was so happy to help me Samantha quickly sent me out a bigger size dress for my up coming wedding vows renewal It felt more personal than a company Highly recommend Also the dress material is so luxurious and really compliments my figure just wanted a tad bigger so I could move around properly on the day x

I ordered a white jumpsuit off of the site for my graduation I had never heard of or used the site before so I was quite apprehensive My outfit arrived very quickly and I was amazed with the quality and sizing it was perfect I recently ordered another outfit for my company Christmas party during the Black Friday sale and I contacted support to see how long it would take for my dress to be delivered The person who contacted me was so patient and kind She even gifted me a 20 off voucher for my next purchase I would definitely buy again

Brilliant quality dresses and great customer service

Ordered for the first time this month and was a bit sceptical but have to say the quality of the dresses was second to none The material was really thick heavy I used the standard delivery option and my order was dispatched really quickly same day and I received it within 2 days I ordered a couple of sizes so I had to send some back When my refund didn t complete within the suggested time frame I got in contact and literally within minutes I had an email to confirm my refund was processed and even a 20 off code for my next order as an apology Brilliant customer service and wouldn t hesitate to shop at Lavish Alice for any event occasion outfits in the future Thanks to the whole team

Quick returns process and helpful

I am in the process of purchasing my bridesmaids dresses for 2024 and I needed to exchange one dress for a different size This fell 2 days out of the returns window so I emailed the team asking for help they have been so so helpful in arranging this and my monies have been returned onto a gift card and dress re ordered within a week The dresses themselves are amazing quality and so so gorgeous I can t wait to see my bridesmaids in them in June 2024 Thanks again
