I ordered a stihl trimmer it took them 2 5 weeks for it to be delivered They should not advertise if they do not have to sell When it came there was a washer missing as well I will not be using again

Lawnmower supplied with a part missing despite claiming product is subject to a pre delivery inspection Unable to use safely Complete lack of urgency to resolve problem with no indication when missing part would be delivered Wrong consumer legislation quoted - was advised they would have to contact their supplier for approval when I requested collection and refund Part was finally delivered after a week by its condition it was obviously a cannibalised part Difficult to fit as non-standard tool was required

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company I ordered a trailer on 17th February for delivery within 6 days It didn t arrive so I called and called and eventually got through to someone who answered the phone ello no company name nothing They said they were delayed due to covid and were getting the trailer on 8th March After several emails being sent with no response I must have called fifty times before getting the same rude man on the phone They won t be receiving the trailer for a further 21 days No phone call or email to keep me informed I requested a refund which was accepted No apology I will NEVER use this company again I try not to always buy off Amazon especially during these times whilst independent companies need the support lawn mowers direct clearly dont need the support or the money

Don t waste your time or money
I ordered from lawnmowers direct as the website said it would be 4 to 6 days delivered 3 weeks later my parcel was delivered I called customer services three times as I was told I d get a call back twice to find out what was going on with my order I didn t receive an email with tracking number as promised or next day delivery as promised I can see why places like Amazon and Ebay are putting these companies out of business Definitely wont be using lawnmowers direct again or Ernestdoe

I ordered a lawnmower over 20 days ago they sent me an email the day after saying that they didn t have it in stock and that I should receive it in a week After ten days I tried to call but no-one answered I wrote an email asking for news but at the moment they still haven t replied

Rubbish company do not buy from them
Rubbish company do not buy from them There are plenty of other choices Lawnmower that does not collect the grass Was told you are walking too fast my answer it s a self propelled mower grass too long it s less than 4cm s oh well it works so there is nothing we can do

Excellent service from Lawnmowers
Excellent service from Lawnmowers Direct bought a Honda Izzy petrol mower which came 3 days after ordering it was well packed and I followed the instructions and away it went choose this Honda due to its reliability and it was a good price inc free oil
