Worst organisation ever

They closed my council tax account by mistake without checking details and stopped sending me bills As I had direct debit I missed the payments and they charged me for 5 years afterwards sent me the letter that over 5k has to be paid until 23 09 22 but when I made a complaint and asked for payment plan their response was that as I raised the complaint they will respond to me by 26 09 22 I wrote to them that I m disapointed as I m told to pay by 23 09 and I asked for the payment plan and the response came exactly 26 09 how malicious Made me to pay the whole amount and only said sorry our mistake

The worst London council I ever lived in Badly manged at all levels First please check the parking arrangements if you are thinking to move to the Gascoigne stat new build because most of the new properties are car free developments I had an issue where the bins are not collected for weeks and the people have complaint so many times but unfortunately the council is so useless they can find a solution for the problem My advise stay a way from this council if you don t have too

Bunch of Incompetents

Received a PCN from these incompetent people for stopping in a box junction The photos supplied were of two blurred dots but on visiting the links you can see clearly the cars and numberplates Why don t they firstly check the numberplate has been read correctly and secondly the car on the DVLA database matches what they are issuing a PCN to It was clear the cars in the blurred photo were black and silver yet the plate they fined belonged to a red car This should have rang alarm bells but no If they had checked the clearer online images they d also realised they had read the plate incorrectly On notifying them there was no apology no acknowledgement of their mess up just a letter continuing to suggest my car was there but cancelled the PCN Totally Incompetent

Modern way of Robbery

First and foremost your sign is not recognisable on Longbridge Road Pedestrian Zone Barking despite all the complaints you have had as a council you have to date not taken actions This is very dangerous and could indeed put pedestrians at danger Your sign is not clear nor noticeable Since when do you use such small signs Since Brexit Since Corona The borough needs an income don t they Absolutely ridiculous and mostly dangerous such a shame how careless a borough can be to its pedestrians and also their drivers Just another modern way of making money I shall take further legal actions and hope to see you in court

This Council are a National disgrace and should be closed down They think they are the Mafia and treat residents like dogs The whole Council from the lackies to the so called managers are on a free meal ticket paid for by the long suffering residents They are totally out of control and even the MP and Councillors are just as bad and just see their positions as a meal ticket for life Don t bother trying to complain because it will get you nowhere but just remember at the next election what these would be gangsters have done for the previous years

Called this nr today 02087248323 started talking and explain situation I havent even finished and the lady didn t even let me explain But just told me to listen to her or she might end the call I apologised and listened Only to get told to call other number Everybody in this council just seems to throw you about different departments Dont really investigate your issue I recommend everyone who calls Lbbd to get a recorder app and to record their rude talk then just report them Useless council

Move to barking Abbey road Good Luck

If you are thinking of moving to the new build flats on Abbey Road Good luck any housing projects built by Wates are causing a pain to fix as reside BeFirst are ignoring all our complaints especially referring to our lifts intercoms because of that we can t receive Royal Mail or any retail couriers our packages continuously get stolen You are walking into a life is HELL with them

Horrible robbers Bought a new car and was playing with the infortament when realised I need to get a permit for the day and went inside home for no more than 10 minutes to scan and send two different proofs of address as they require to be able to buy a daily permit Went out and I had a ticket Appealed it and was refused with the most stupid excuse ever Oh its still your responsibility I had two valid yearly permits at the time for another vehicles and in the last 10 years I have been paying annual permits for 10 vehicles Why am I saying this Because no one bother to look in my account and see by my record that I always been paying my stuff and it was only matter of few minutes mistake This people will step on you if fallen on the street will pinch your wallet and will laugh at you

This Council are really wannabe gangsters but in reality they are total dregs of the deepest pit of crap in the UK They are a National disgrace and most of the so called workers need banging up They are truly the worst local authority in this country and this crap government must do something about them now If they are not stopped then this part of London will degenerate into the same sort of place as the Bronx in NY I am not overstating the obvious but people have got to stand up to these toerags or suffer the consequences
