I have purchased a gift card for a friend however we couldn t pay by it as you can use a gift card at the check out in the mobile app only applicable for purchasing coffee beans or merch products but not available for purchase of snacks or coffee cups in the cafe I failed to realize it before the purchase of such a gift card as I was sure it works exactly the same way as Starbucks for instance E- commerce agent Ben Puthenparambil sorted everything out for me without any hesitation and additional questions refunded the payment for a gift card and I am extremely grateful for it I am with Black sheep since the end of pandemics since they have opened the first cafe in Edinburgh in 2021 impressed the way the business has grown in 2 years Loving the vibe atmosphere baristas excellent locations and products Thank you for the smooth service Your loyal coffee drinker
