Fantastic Italian Bread making class

I recently had the pleasure of attending one of Lekito s breadmaking classes specialising in Italian breads What a fantastic and full on day it turned out to be Keith is a very professional and methodical teacher giveing clear instructions for what turned outto be a very hands on experience By the end of the full day course we had produced 7 different types of Italian breads among them Foccaccia and ciabata I came away with two large bags full of breads and arm ache I do a bit of home breadmaking but this was at another level - I was using muscles I never knew I had This was a great experience and I learnt a lot from the master Thank you Keith PS Perhaps I shouldn t admit this but I froze some of the breads and last week end we ate the last of the Ciabata Just thaw at room temperature and blast it in the oven and 220 for 5-7 mins and it tasted just like it s been freshly baked

Fabulous cooking class

I had a fabulous day cooking with Keith I would highly recommend the class Keith was hugely welcoming and we had a really enjoyable day where I learnt the art of pastry making and I was amazed with what I achieved All ingredients included we had a very yummy lunch and I now have a fridge full of delicious tarts Brilliant

We d seen enthusiastic reports about Lekito from others in our neighbourhood and decided to try for ourselves We are thrilled with the fantastic bread and biscuits which we received a couple of days ago - our first order will definitely not be our last

The Christmas cake as ever a source of delight but also temptation you ll add at least a week to your post-Christmas weight loss regime but it ll be worth it
