I purchased from this site because it had such good reviews on trust pilot However after purchasing I received a confirmation email for my order with no further notifications There is no tracking information or any emails to confirm when my order will be dispatched or if it has even been dispatched A rough estimate of when it will arrive or how many days it takes to ship from placement would be helpful I emailed customer services asking about my order status but I ve not heard anything back which is very concerning Only response I had after emailing customer services was a generic email saying thank you for my order Please can someone from customer services respond to me

Very disappointed
Ordered multiple pairs of earrings One arrived bent out of shape so I cannot wear the hoop and another twisted I should ve suspected due to the cheaper pricing that the quality wouldn t be the greatest but I expected to at least be able to wear the earrings In future I will be going to different places as I cannot wear these earrings don t function as they should I also sent an email to customer services and am yet to receive a response on how they intend to rectify this

Pretty earrings and great customer service
Recently ordered from Lephoria as I saw them have a sale and they are the sister brand of Bohomoon which I love so I thought I d try it Lovely products I m not a jewellery connoisseur but they seem like good quality Super pretty and arrived quickly in some nice pouches too I did have an issue with a product but I got into contact with them and they replied quickly super friendly team sorted my issue out easily Would buy from them again for sure
