DO NOT BUY The website looks like it s good quality clothing and based in London When my items finally arrived it was from China and was the cheapest clothing Poor stitching bad sizes and cheap material that smelt It was advertised as linen yet the label on the shirt was 100 polyester To return to China will cost nearly 30 Emailed them and they offered 35 refund to keep the goods and then when I refused they offered 50 I asked how long the refund would take and have no reply since I doubt they would even honour this refund Absolute scam I have contacted my credit card company and requested a claim back and to investigate this company

Wish I d read in here first Their courier left a parcel in my garden which was stolen - I assume - because I never received it They have refused a refund Now are not answering my emails

Website portrays a UK based website selling good quality clothes That s where the story ends 3 weeks delivery and shoddy quality goods Return advice is met with numerous disparaging replies Returned goods to UK return address on delivery label within 14 period only to be advised only returnable to Asia Credit card refund claim pending Don t waste your time with this company

Could have left a bitter taste

Got a heads up on Lime the day after I purchased a shirt Emailed them cancelling Told goods had been despatched but offering 15 discount if I accepted them When goods not arrived and no notification after 7 days raised it with Paypal Went through the Paypal disputes process and have now got my cash back To date no goods have been received

My item took 6 weeks to arrive against their stated delivery in 5 - 14 days When it finally arrived it was not as described looks nothing like the picture and is cheap quality Their returns policy is such that it would cost more to return an item than its value DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

AVOID lime-London at all costs

So wished I looked here before buying Company is China based with a virtual office based in Holland The return address is for a company in the UK called 4PX ExpressUK which is a front controlled by a bunch of Chinese people This is all a total con also had the offers of partial refunds for accepting the goods also waited a month for delivery I have complained to the credit card company no response yet AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
