I purchased a multi-day transportation pass through Linktivity and unfortunately it turned out to be very difficult to use and caused me significant inconvenience over several days When I contacted Linktivity their response was immediate empathetic and highly professional I truly felt cared for which was a refreshing experience Even though the pass provider s rules stated that reimbursements were not allowed the Linktivity team wrote me they would do their best and kept me regularly updated on the situation Their dedication earned my trust though I had little hope of a resolution due to the rules To my surprise Linktivity not only is working with the provider to address the pass s shortcomings but also decided to reimburse me directly even without the provider s agreement I was genuinely amazed I never had such a great customer service experience and I ve never felt so valued as a customer Thank you so much Linktivity team
