Shockingly bad company to deal with

Shockingly bad company to deal with I ordered what appeared to be a white linen blouse looked lovely in the ad It arrived too late for the occasion I wanted it for - but to be honest I wouldn t have worn it anyway It was definitely not linen and was a grey white colour mis-shaped and too big I emailed requesting a return - no response On my second attempt they replied offering me a 30 refund or a gift card I kindly Declined the offer preferring a refund Once again I have had to send a second email as there was no response They have now sent me a returns form stating I have to pay to return the parcel to China The form is asking for my bank details which I am not happy about- why would I want to send my bank details half way round the world to god knows who Why can they not just refund the money to the account I initially paid with Do not be fooled by the company logo Linova-London This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with Customer beware That s my lesson learned anyway This should in all honesty be a zero star review if it would allow me - there is no customer satisfaction here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Only 1 star as I can t leave a review without any stars at all This is not a London based company AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS The clothes are badly made using cheap fabrics When you try and get a refund they just delay offering discounts partial refunds or gift cards They won t provide a returns label and returns are to China which you pay for They are based in China but portray to be in London Unless you wish to waste your hard earned money avoid this company at all costs

Con merchants

Con merchants - avoid at all costs The only positive I have had from dealing with these guys is that I have learnt my lesson that don t buy anything from Instagram traders Just box shippers from china that you will never ever get a refund from no matter what so just avoid at all costs If you see an item you like just go to Temo where you will see the item for 90 less - good luck

Luxury blouse it was not totally different to the one advertised Horrible cheap fabric and buttons Arrived in a tiny package just looks like an old rag Total scam

Wish I d read the reviews - another lesson learnt Total scam artists Garment was shoddy cheap fabric rubbish fit Nothing like the images Don t waste your money Should really be no stars as absolutely nothing positive to say about them other than they are good at scamming hard earned money out of consumers

Could not agree more with the previous reviews This company should be CLOSED PERMANTLY They are dishonest falsely advertise as cotton fabric but it is made of something similar to a water proof table cloth Horrible experience NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

This is a drop ship company selling inferior clothing and hiding behind a swanky website DO NOT BE TAKEN by the pretty pictures The clothing is poor quality and nothing like the website picture They have a 30 Day Returns Policy which will ask you to return the item to China at your own expense CON MERCHANTS
