I found this company very easy to deal with The price was very competitive including delivery Like all shops they choose the delivery company which was in my case DX who were on time courteous and brought the item into the house So my experience was a quality one from placing the order to the mobility scooter arriving If you are severely disabled I would recommend you have someone to assemble the item as parts can be heavy I was able to unpack mine and had it up and running within 30 mins Once you place the order on line they will text you to ask what qualifies you for VAT relief so no forms to fill in

Ordered a riser recliner from this company All I can say is they are passionate on providing an excellent service to your requirements When the courier failed they was on the case to get my order to me updating me on every event Staff answered my questions and eased my concerns over the phone They had excellent phone communication skills and throughout extremely pleasant experience

Received my new wheelchair yesterday Fast efficient delivery Really pleased with product and a very good price too I have used a few firms who deal with disability aids but I will certainly use livewell for any future items I may need

We had a prompt reply to our enquiry email from Tom and when we phoned to place an order we spoken to Carmen who gave a full explanation and guidance in relation to the ordering and delivery process Very professional The mobility scooter arrived on Sunday and looks superb but not been used as yet The delivery company HDD were also extremely professional from initially arranging a delivery date and time that was suitable to us and then giving a full and detailed explanation in regards to the mobility scooter Fantastic service all round and would highly recommend

Great customer service Bought the Black Sport Self Propel wheelchair for my mother Had to return it as the NHS have issued her with one after I bought it Called the company to explain lovely service Accepted my return as the box was unopened Really appreciate how easily and quickly this was dealt with Thanks Karen

Your adviser was both knowledgeable and helpful He answered all my questions but couldn t answer my query regarding the difference between ion and acid batteries However from placing my order to delivery was less than 24 hours and the delivery driver was also really helpful An all round good experience

Wheelchair with big wheels

My wife is very much pleased indeed about her new wheelchair and I am to because the handles are nice and high for me to push her the other wheelchair I had the handles were down to low to push She says it is very comfortable as well easy to put away in car and is light to lift All in all very good wheelchair indeed and the price was right to not to expensive
