Terrible product and customer support
Bought a light fixture from Livom recently The bulb that showed up with the light was not as described I contacted support and they told me to go buy another at the hardware store I ended up buying one on Amazon for 18 99 tax and they refused to refund the difference I ve also found that since we wired up the light the shade keeps falling off It s come down about 3 times already we don t know how to get it to stay up Contacted the company and they couldn t care less For a company that says they value eco-conscious durable minimalist and timeless It s a load of crap

Irresponsible business
I placed an order in November 2024 and as of today January 21st 2025 I still have not received it Part of my order were Christmas decorations and I was promised to receive them before the holidays I have called over 20 times to follow up and each time I was promised that the order would arrive that week This has become an ongoing joke at this point This will be my first and last experience shopping with Livom ca I will not be returning as a customer
