Customer service stalling tactics

I bought a bathroom mirror from Lomazoo over two months ago and it arrived with a chipped corner I contacted them immediately sent all requested photos and then they stopped responding claiming my emails were lost and delaying their replies clearly using stalling tactics so I d give up On top of that the product is very poor quality Avoid this store
