Stay well clear of this Company you will be aware of why as soon as you receive your items then the troubles start

I ordered 4 Polo shirts that took over 3 weeks to arrive and when they did arrive they were not as described awful quality and had a large number 3 stitched to the right hand sleeve I am not a young teenager and certainly would not wish to wear such a garment as delivered The customer service is abysmal and they should take this comment as a compliment they at first offered a 15 discount to keep them then increased it to 30 14 emails on and they offered a refund on the condition that I returned them intact and unworn They required return shipment to China this location is not specified in their website this would have cost approximately 26 I paid for the items via PayPal and took the matter up with them today PayPal have found in my favour and refunded the full amount paid Do not trust or buy anything from this pathetic company as they supply shoddy goods with appalling customer service being a Northerner I would say Don t touch them with a Barge Pole

Do not buy from this company Avoid at all costs Very poor customer service - sizing off You cannot return products without a big ordeal and a significant fee On the website it states it s a London based company until you go to return to find it s a company in China It also states 30 days to return on the website and then via email they stated I only had 14 days to return The sizing was way off - shirts were thin and poor quality

Sizing wrong Labelling

Ordered 2 short sleeved shirts in XL both labelled XL one was small at best They refused to send the correct size even after I sent a video showing their error 1 star for replying zero aftersales service

Don t buy from this company products are all from china very poor quality tried to return items wanted to charge for returns back to china no English address

Item not as described looked similar but different collar and other details Also terrible quality for the price paid Took a very long time to be delivered and as others have said returning is pointless as they refuse to accept returns without you paying a large amount for it to be shipped to China and signed for Company needs to be investigated and shut down for fraud

Totally Untrustworthy Company

I cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order which as per their terms and conditions should be cancelled free of charge The next day they sent me an email saying the order has been dispatched and they can t cancel it Upon receiving the package it says it was posted from within the UK but as per their terms and conditions must be returned to a different country China This is in their T s C s but this didn t make any difference to them regarding the cancellation conditions that they chose to ignore They told me they would offer me a 30 refund This is clearly a deliberate tactic send the goods anyway make it expensive to return the items so customers don t and see how much you can negotiate with the customer to keep your goods In the end they gave a 50 discount BUT the items should never have been sent so I still lost 50 Absolutely terrible business and customer service and totally untrustworthy

HI I have very bad experience the item wich I receive was very poor quality and I m still waiting my refund more then two months I m very upset I never met this problem and delay service I decided to declare fraud
