Loodgieter Utter waste of time and money
Utter waste of time and money being told a part is on order for 6 plus weeks 1st appointment missed 2nd appointment late good bits diagnosed issue and then left the heating in such a state it cant be controlled I still await my unicorn horn replacement part Numerous calls and same excuses I m awaiting today s call back which was promised in 30 mins low overdue by 2 hoursDont take the chance and waste your money on gambling on a quality tradesman turning up and completing the job

All in all a very disappointing experience
The response of the manager was very quick and professional he arranged the plumber visit in a proper way The plumber though came once but didn t follow the installation instructions so that the kitchen tap does not work properly He committed to come back to fix the connection to the boiler but after several postponements he did not show up at the agreed day and time without explanation From that moment on he does not respond my phone calls All in all a very disappointing experience

Good intentions medium execution
The company is an intermediate which has good connection with independent plumbers However the service will depend on the plumber so it can be a hit and miss In my case the plumber came with some glue and pipes spend 30 minutes for a crappy job and asked 220 euros for that Apparently some plumbers and jobs have flat rate contradicting the mentioned hourly tariff of loodgieter nlThe problem of course didn t solve and there was still leakage After some good-will discussion with the owner of loodgieter nl the plumber would come again to fix it properly and we agreed I will even get some excess money 60 euro back I was waiting 3 hours at home for the agreed appointment but the plumber didn t show up so I had to call and find out he was busy and had to come another day Eventually he came and fixed it For the money I had to call many times and took 2 weeks to put them back

kapot wc
My wc was kapot It was continuously running water After reading positive reviews on trustpilot I decided to contact loodgeiter nl They called me back and asked me to send photos videos to help diagnose the problem via Whatsapp Within 20 minutes He called back to say he knew what the cause was and had contacted a local plumber who had in stock the needed part for my wc The next day 2 plumbers from Waterfix turned up and replaced the needed oart All fixed on the first visit in under an hour I was very impressed with the efficiency of Loodgeiter nl and the plumbers from Waterfix

Why I gave 5 stars
After being contact from the Loodgieter nl from the last time disappointment our kitchen drains issue is being tracked along the weeks Robert as the middleman is consistently getting know the updates and trying to help us out Arjan from AJ company did his best to find out solution by the visit with his professional experience Thanks for the efforts made and we are happy that can put trust on your companies
