Theft attempt by museum Staff in my opinion Together with my wife we bought 2 tickets for 2 days later On the same day of purchasing we found we need to coming back to UK earlier We asked them for refund 2 days before tickets validation We also couldn t download tickets from links they send They replied on the day of tickets validation that they cannot refund and I can rebook for any date I want Them website did not accept our booking reference They did not pick up them phone for 4 days untill today Rebooking didn t work We went there to talk with them Staff did not allow us to talk with anyone from administration They told us we need to buy new ticket if we want to talk with administration about our existing tickets I mean links to tickets I believe I was scammed by them They did everything in them power for us to make impossible to visit them or get refund That s theft in my opinion They should pay me and my wife for all this wasted time we spent to trying get anything sorted I don t mind 36 Euro I hate theft Specifically where this is the one of France icon where French people are proud of Or theoretically they should What should I think of France with experience like that

Museum closed no ticket refund
We bought tickets online in advance We had a set time slot for entering We arrived at the given time we queued for 1 5 hours in the cold and rain then we found out that the museum is closed because of a strike I am saying we found out because nobody bothered to announce this to the hundreds of people in the queue They simply left us waiting in the rain untill people started to wonder why the queue is not moving anymore and started asking questions One entrance quard we asked for information on what is happening told us that he doesn t speak English and simply turned his back and walked away Outrageous They showed huge disrespect for tourists with no shame or apologies There was no ticket refund Apparently this happened before Do not buy tickets online It is not quaranteed the museum will be open and you might loose your money and time Better yet do not bother to go at all Not even Monalisa and other museum treasures are worth being treated like this Go to other big museums in other capital cities where the entrance can even be free and where you don t have to queue for hours in the rain in orther to be sent away with no explanation or apology Disgusting Avoid it

I was in Paris last week and sadly my partner had an accident the night before our visit to the museum and we had to return home before than expect I contact customer service to see if I could get a voucher and they didn t give me any solution They email me back saying The cancellation is possible 24 hours before the visit only they had no consideration for an unexpected accident So disappointed with the policy and service

Louvre are scamming people
We were supposed to visit Louvre March 27th but due to demonstrations Louvre was closed which we found out when we arrived Today 2 months later we have still not been refunded and when we contact them we get the same auto reply that they need a bit more time Louvre this is scandalous

Can not be trusted
Can not be trusted Bought tickets to Da vinci and decided to send some vacation days to go see it flew in from Denmark Then a strike started on that day completely closed that day and not possible to use the tickets the day after We could get refunds only for entrance tickets not wasted vacation days etc and were told to but tickets for another time Except this whole exhibition were sold out They dont care a out tourists at all At least the Metro had the decency to be partly open

Biggest disappointment
We travelled across the world for the art in this museum and in the day of the booking nobody was allowed due to unanounced protests of the staff No warning No information anywhere And they dont even let you reschedule No effort to make it right at all No respect for the tourists The political problems here are no concern of tourists Give me a refund on my plane ticket don t give me a sorry
