Responsive team

I had a rather bumpy start with Loveeclectric this was down to one person making a bold statement that if i get my documents over tomorrow we can have your car ready next week This was overly ambitious and Ben should adopt the under promise and over deliver approach Loveelectric were very helpful and responsive throughout the process and would have given 5 if it wasn t for this initial disappointment

Good Service

Generally good service and response from the team Car drop off was very smooth and the driver kept in constant contact regarding handover Unfortunately something happened to my order originally so the order had to be placed again resulting in a bit of a delay for the car Really happy with the car and have enjoyed the driving experience so far The website was easy to use and all the required information was available to make a decision on what worked best for the family

Great service I was kept informed of the status of my order Shame you were let down by the dealership keep moving the delivery date delivering the car dirty and with little charge Update I have since received a call from the dealership directly and they have dealt with my queries satisfactorily Overall a much more positive experience now

Great customer service

Loveelectric was massively helpful throughout the whole process My only gripe was having Kia change the price twice after the order went in and repeated delays to the order but that wasn t Lovelectric s fault In fact Loveelectric did their best to see if they could find solutions

Good service as a whole but communications are a little slow

Good service as a whole got the car I wanted in a very short turn around of about 3 weeks Replies tend to be a little slow as there isn t a phone number you can ring to speak to a person when it really matters and communications are handled either by email an online SMS type service or scheduling a call with Jordan All of which are fine if your happy to wait but a little slow if you need a quick response as it may take a day or so Prices can also vary from day to day so expectations need to be managed

Car Via Salary Sacrifice

A good experience getting a car through LoveElectric which is part of a company salary sacrifice scheme - only let down was lead times which can t be helped Because of this they went above and beyond to find a way to get me a vehicle quicker as I needed it urgently for work All the paperwork and insurance etc was all sorted seamlessly and sent over well ahead of time Thanks

Fast order to getting the Keys

What a great range of vehicles backed up by a quick turnaround for any questions raised The initial order placed to receiving the car was within a couple of weeks and the delivery was on a truck so only 7 miles on the odometer All Great The communication from the order to receiving the car could improve slightly but a small negative outweighed by the excitement of a new car

Kia EV6 - Well worth the wait

I ordered a Kia EV6 back in May22 and it took a long time to arrive with a number of delays date changes Until Jack got involved I was getting little feedback but Jack has kept me up to date and managed my expectations since he got involved I had some queries on some shortfalls on the specification but again Jack jumped in and sorted the problems I love the car now it has arrived - thanks everyone

Great choice of cars

An excellent way of having a high spec car at a bargain price through salary sacrifice There are a lot of cars to choose from However I had to wait 11 months for the car but it was worth it Be sure in understanding that there are different firms to communicate with when the car is ready to be delivered

Very easy process start to finish

Very easy process start to finish Only thing preventing 5 stars was the car I initially wanted and ordered was made unavailable after I had signed the paperwork The gap between me signing and my company signing meant that offer went to someone else as the car was not held or assigned during that period Other than that the whole process is so simple to use and the team are very helpful and quick to respond to everything
