Great salary sacrifice scheme good experience

Slight issue with the car initially being advertised as in stock In fact the car wasn t available for about 4 weeks That said once available things moved quick and went smoothly Great value

A mostly good level of communication during the document signing process although my employer claimed not to have received the forms which led to 2 week delay in completing the agreement Don t actually know what went wrong here The questions that I sent to Loveelectric were answered within 24 hours The vehicle was delivered in the condition expected

Company does listen Good customer service

Was booked in for research with this company but this was cancelled last minute Was not best pleased about having time cancelled last minute so I wrote my original review on here They reached out to me and offered me the fee I would ve received for the research had I participated While I m still a bit disgruntled to have cleared space in my diary for no need at least loveelectric do listen to their feedback and have made sure I received the fee I would ve got had I attended Very impressed with the customer service from this company I retract my previous statements about avioiding this company as they do take issues reported sincerely and try their best to resolve satisfactorily

After a bumpy start I cannot fault Jack

After a bumpy start I cannot fault Jack and the team for making this experience flow smoothly Very happy with my new car and the delivery experience was seamless

The car was delivered late and the guy

The car was delivered late and the guy didnt have a chance to wash it beforehand so it was dirty Then someone else s Tesla was assigned to me by mistake Alerted Loveelectric and it was removed and then took another 2 working days for correct car to be assigned

Finally got my dream car after a loooooong wait

Updating my review now that my issues have been solved The LoveElectric team has been very patient and persistent in resolving a litany of issues surrounding the leasing company that managed the ReLoved car I selected from the site Originally it was supposed to be available immediately so I selected it thinking it would be the quickest option but in the end it took over four months to actually get the car because of the leasing company being unresponsive to emails Eventually though it was all sorted and the experience from LoveElectric has been better than average for car companies Still take the lead times indicated on the website with a HUGE pinch of salt

Onboarding Process Communication

Overall I found the onboarding experience with loveelectric really well managed Communication through the order to delivery process was great Only thing that made it a 4 rather than a 5 was the absence of floor mats provided with the car on delivery but I was later advised these would be provided by the leasing company separately Would recommend loveelectric to others

Fairly straight forward process

Fairly straight forward process in fairness everything that Love Electric said they would do they did always prompt responded to emails as well as always available on the phone I just had a couple of delays from the vehicle manufacturer but as said that s not down to LE

Lovely Car But Leasing experience was not great

Great option for reloved cars with LoveElectric Process to lease was OK but could have done with advice when it came to the charger options especially when you only ever do this once and they do this every day I was basically sent two links to chose but there was a third option on the website that actually was the right one for me but I had to push to get that option Car was delivered and all looked good as I inspected the outside Once the delivery driver was gone I had a look inside and it was pretty dirty - most seats stained hairband and crumbs all over the floor It hadn t been valeted which was a real dampener when receiving a newly leased car Also the wrong mats were sent too Freya at LoveElectric was very good to picking up the complaint getting the correct mats issued and getting Lex Autolease to uphold the complaint and sort out compensation so I could arrange a mobile valeter to come out This was my only option - there was no option for Lex to arrange this at their cost Overall the leasing process was not great and took far too much of my time to lease and resolve
