Love Electric are really easy to work with and respond very quickly to any questions you may have about buying an electric car Salary sacrifice just makes so much sense and they help with talking to you employer and explaining how the scheme works Delivery was smooth and follow up service is excellent

From start to finish I have been kept in loop regarding order status The whole process was surprisingly quicker than I expected even for our HR as they were not expecting such a short turn around Car was delivered at my chosen address I got a text 24 hours before deliver to confirm time slot Truly a company which actually stand by it s name i e love electric Special thanks to Jack Chloe for following this up all the way

Great experience so far having just taken delivery of our new Audi Q6 Loveelectric were really helpful right from the start and kept us updated on the order once place

Great experience A bit of a very slow start due to me being the first in our company going for SS and having to wait all the documentation between the companies to be completed Once this was done the process was very quick Any questions I had were answered promptly full support from A to Z Thank you Love Electric

I was so pleased when our employer joined the Loveelectric EV scheme As soon as I had the opportunity I opted for a pre-loved Tesla Model 3 for our first experience Amazing service - smooth transition from LoveElectric who do everything for you Great communication from the person delivering the car who went over and above to show us around the car once it was delivered Very easy with great assistance from the staff at Loveelectric We love the car and it has made us think about getting a second EV Thank you

I have been very impressed with the customer journey with Love Electric in particular Chanel has been absolutely fantastic She s kept me updated and importantly for me she has been really responsive to my questions and requests throughout the entire process even going above and beyond to get me photos of the car pre delivery which I was really grateful for The handover was absolutely brilliant Kevin the lad that delivered it was amazing Really nice guy Having never driven an EV before I had a few questions and really wanted some guidance on a few different things which he was more than willing to spend as much time as I needed going over everythingBoth Chanel and Kevin really are a credit to your team

Such great service and communication from Freya throughout the whole process I signed up for a re-loved model and received the car within a couple of weeks Great personalised experience and I was kept up to date every step with calls and emails and everything was followed up afterwards Overall lovely company and very personal
