The offer is excellent and the process was smooth Had a few hiccups along the way but importantly they were resolved and loveelectric were very keen to learn from their mistakes

The response times were fabulous if I prompted discussion but I heard nothing from them in 6 months A monthly update - even if it was just to say awaiting manufactures update would have been useful

The company is a good one and the scheme is good They are just let down by their communications which is all one way The first car I reserved had apparently been reserved by someone else even though it was showing as available After that happened Jordan did to his credit find me a great alternative soon afterwards the car we now have But when I tried to get an update on the car I heard very little from Jordan and nothing at all from Maley despite several requests by Email and instant message They noticeably do not publish a phone number Ross was helpful but didn t seem to receive my Emails - they have an odd Email system too I have to say that once the vehicle was reserved for me and the paperwork was complete Jack was excellent If the communications from the rest of the team earlier in the process were as good as Jack s it would be a five star rating

Overall good Things to improve is communication and coordination with third party companies like leasing company car insurance and themselves I found myself chasing after everyone after my non-fault accident to get everything sorted Leasing company did not seem to have a clear idea about the finances and car insurance company kept on forgetting to inform me of some very important emails and letters from the third party car insurance that was liable to pay for the full cost of the car

Experienced over a month delay in the delivery of my car which meant I had to secure a temporary vehicle No problems with customer service team though very prompt with responses to enquiries

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired sent 2 messages with no reply they send me a email saying I need to complete driver acceptance before I can drive my car 24 hours after it s been delivered after having been driving around in it for 24 hours No updates at all on status during the order unless I asked for them

Delighted with the car Found not being able to speak to Loveelectric on the phone difficult but pleased now to have the car Worthwhile checking in occasionally on process as ours had not been authorised by the lease company and so we were waiting with no car allocated until my husband contacted the lease company Arnold Clark directly himself

An easy to use portal to select vehicle from a broad range of electric vehicles Regular email updates about special offers Occasional informative emails about benefits of EV Not so great on feedback during the process after I chose a vehicle to proceed with felt I was needing to chase up on a few occasions over a few weeks

Had issues around a special deal Tesla An order was placed and confirmed Docs signed I was then informed via the tesla app that the delivery would be after the agreed date After contacting LE and informing them of this the communication from the team could have been significantly better After escalating to the MD who responded to an email whilst on holiday a new deal was arranged but unfortunately this meant a higher monthly premium and a extra year on the deal Chris

It is a great project but the things that made the journey difficult are below 1 Initially securing a car each time we agreed on a vehicle and went to contract the car was then not available2 The tax projections don t appear to be correct as I am paying double what the projections suggested 3 The car being delivered by a driver who cant help you with any new owner questions as it was his first time driving an electric car
