Such an incredibly good experience dealing with Love Electric at first I was nervous about the EV salary sacrifice scheme but after spending some time calculating my current outgoings on an older less reliable ICE car it made sense to start looking at what Love Electric had to offer via my employer I made a 15-30 minute appointment with Ben to discuss the scheme the vehicle range and any other questions I had - he was knowledgeable and professional I had my eyes on certain smaller EV s but my budget could also extend to slightly larger more family-friendly options The web portal was intuitive and easy to use giving all of the right information I settled on a vehicle and the quotation order and delivery process was seamless - great communication along the way from all of the team would recommend highly Thank you

Early termination works well

We had 2 cars on the scheme unfortunately 1 staff member left us and we had to give one of them back This process was easy and painless The car was collected quickly and without issue

Great experience from start to finish Since access was given to the website everything was transparent and there were no hidden fees or extra costs Communication was great and any questions was promptly answered by Michael Jones Received the car in perfect condition and much quicker than expected considering that it was ordered around Christmas time It was the most stress free and straight forward solution for an electric car
