Fantastic Wren Kitchen Install

We recently had our Wren kitchen installed by Loxley and we couldn t be happier with the results From start to finish they were incredibly professional and showed real attention to detail The process started with a call from Ellis to arrange an initial survey at the property They provided us with an itemised quote following this which was very useful and allowed us to discuss some of the works required and prices in more detail The works that Loxley completed for us included - Removal of the old kitchen including floor tiles flooring appliances - Support finding a suitable electrician - Plastering sub contracted - Install of all units and appliances- Gas and plumbing connections sub contracted - Tiling sub contracted All the subcontracted works were planned and scheduled by the Loxley team which really helped the project flow as smoothly as possible These works were to a high standard and charged at a fair and competitive price They listened to our preferences offering valuable insights and suggestions along the way Communication was smooth with prompt responses to any questions or concerns we had The installation itself was efficient and well-coordinated and the final outcome exceeded our expectations The team always left the house in a clean and tidy manner at the end of each day and minimised disruption where possible The Loxley install team of Connor Jordan and Ellis were a pleasure to have in the house and went above and beyond the agreed scope of their works on multiple occasions Some examples of this include - Efficiently removing and storing the old kitchen so it was possible for future use as we requested- Utilising panel cut offs to box in and tidy up piping to ensure a clean finish- Replacing and tidying up washing machine pipe work- Finding a matching trim for the tiling to match the kitchen colour scheme at no extra cost- Full deep clean and tidy following kitchen completion - Working Saturday and Sunday to ensure the kitchen was completed as soon as possible Loxley were kind enough to give us a small gift bag at the end of our install to celebrate our new kitchen which was a lovely added touch demonstrating how much the team care about their work and their customers We re thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of kitchen installation services Thank you

These guys were so professional they took all of the stress of having a new kitchen away they worked 7days a week to get our job done their work was so clean and tidy and any little thing I needed they were on the end of a phone I had a small problem on a Sunday eve and they were at my house half an hour later to sort it I can t fault 1 single thing Simple fantastic Highly recommended them

Fantastic

Loxley Services completely transformed our kitchen from a dated 70s disaster to a modern shaker dream From the outset Ellis and Connor were fabulous - communication was great from start to finish from initial quoting stage during refit and completion of the works I still am amazed at the fact they removed an old lath and plaster ceiling and when we came home there was not a spec of dust anywhere to be seen Admittedly I wasn t an easy customer being 35 weeks pregnant when the job was started but we were reassured at every step Works were all carried out on time and our home left spotless at the end of every day We received daily video Timelapse updates which were fantastic and unique never has this from a trade before and looked forward to watching what had been done each day Overall extremely impressed with everything would not hesitate to recommend them for your kitchen renovation We can now enjoy our new kitchen as a family of 3 Thank you Loxley

These guy s are so professional it s amazing They helped to redesign the whole kitchen as there was a major issue from the kitchen supplier s They were punctual polite and very good at what they do I would recommend them highly They were also competitive on the cost
