Placed an online order which arrived incorrectly and did NOT reflect pictures Decided to keep it anyways and the leather dye began fading Returned item due to quality and they claim to need at least 2 weeks to issue refund once received Their quality and service used to be excellent Now it is atrocious

Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Return experience Wish I could give ZERO stars The items I received were different than what I ordered and I had to call Customer Service 3 times to try to get a return label I sent back my items nearly 2 months ago which Lucky received They finally processed part of my return but charged me twice for return shipping I contacted Customer Service two more times - each time the reps gave me different answers- and I am STILL waiting for the refund for the mistakes they made I will NEVER purchase from Lucky Brand again - and I strongly suggest you don t either

Fraudulent delivery practises subpar customer service

Awful customer service delivery close to fraudulent i e charges for two day delivery but uses five day service Products ok if bought with 50 discount that seems to be the norm but not as good as earlier Web shopping experience often poor as products that are initially indicated being in stock appear to be not available at the time of payment Last time 4 5 items were non-avail Used to be happy customer now ex-customer Strong avoid

I ordered a pair of Jersey ribbed leggings that cost me nearly 30 The elastic in the waistband went crazy after one drying could not get it untwisted or unfolded whatever I used to buy Lucky Brand clothing a lot that lasted me a very long time nowadays the material is just crap bras pants shirts

SCAM- Don t order from this company

SCAM- Don t order from this company Thought it was legit they supposedly sent my package to Anonymous in another state and when I called their customer service they fished for information

Wrong order sent - Nightmare after that

Wrong order sent Complete nightmare trying to return it Was told a UPS mailer would be sent via email Every day same story for over two weeks Finally paid for return shipping on our own expense STILL haven t received refund Company is just completely inept

AWFUL

AWFUL I have been incorrectly charged for an item Every time I call get a different answer I have spoken to every supervisor at Lucky Refund takes 3-5 BUSINESS days ok it s been like 20 of them I am currently disputing with my own credit card because I am getting nowhere with this company NEVER SHOP HERE ONLINE I have reached out the news investigative segment

Wow I wish I had read these reviews before shopping online Huge mistake Everything already said here is true You better hope you don t need to return anything or better yet that you actually recieve you items part of mine were shipped to an address in another state or that they aren t broken Also all jewlery is incredibly cheap so don t bother
