AVOID - I ordered my Luminasonic many weeks ago and it still hasn t turned up There are plenty of alternatives elsewhere that will actually deliver Very poor customer communication a terrible company with no apparent ability to fulfil orders

Don t buy from this company I purchased 2 lights 1 of which was flicking as soon as it was charged and installed Upon reaching out to the company for a replacement I was met with an endless barrage of questions and instructions which I followed but it become obvious they were clearly designed to delay the process and they never intended to replace the faulty item This company operates under deceptive practices effectively scamming customers with subpar non-functional products and employing stalling tactics to avoid accountability I strongly advise against purchasing from them Save your time money and frustration avoid this company at all costs

NEVER AGAIN

What a shame I did not see these comments before I have been ripped off ONCE AGAIN from other sellers online It s been more than three weeks since I paid and sent my order and nothing no news from them I am sure it is yet another scam I have to remember never ever again to buy online from any company no matter how nice their web and fake reviews seem to be Damn

Cant believe i didnt check the reviews before ordering Initially i loved them But the third evening of using them they arent working The brightness is almost completely gone and its just a dim little light Waste of money

Terrible Cheap packaging and light was not as expected Their customer satisfaction guarantee does not extend to changing your mind Over priced rubbish Shame on me for being stupid enough to buy something advertised on Facebook Arrived after 1 month

Scam company

Scam company do not buy Ordered one of their special offers of 2 lamps but then the order confirmation was for a different price more expensive and was only for 1 lamp Emailed them straight away to cancel no reply No phone number either Contacted again still no reply and no sign of order being delivered either Transaction on account says the charge came from Winnipeg Canada Do not purchase from them

Total scam

Total scam Don t order anything from this company They ll help and reply when they think you re a new customer but completely silent once you ve bought something The lights are actually terribly cheap and only last a few hours definitely go somewhere else even Amazon as at least you can return or get a replacement if it s faulty

Ordered from Luminasonic TWICE and only received one product after I had to complain the first time To make matters worse I had to reach out to them more than 10 times and all I ever got was the same standard useless response This company is a complete scam I regret not checking the reviews beforehand but it s clear now they have no intention of delivering what they promise Avoid at all costs Don t waste your time or money like I did
