I was charged but never received my products Please advise how I can track them I ve received no information Thank youDiane

Very poor customer service

Edit They have lied in their response to my feedback I never received responses to all of my emails and I was NEVER made aware of a shipping issue This company lies Don t trust them I didn t receive the correct tracking code for my parcel and when I asked for information I was sent a fairly rude email by Joseph I again went to track the parcel but the information I was given was still incorrect Once more I emailed asking for help to which I got no response I had no idea when the item was delivered to the drop off point as I was not notified of it I only received my parcel because I went to collect something else and thankfully they handed this over too Very disappointed in the customer service and shipping procedures Extremely unprofessional and I will not take a chance on them again

I have ordered espadrilles in July and after informed that some colors I have ordered were not available I have asked for refund After 2 months no refund no espadrilles and no response to my e-mails Total dissapointment
